Super fint hotel
Pros:

Rigtig fint Hotel. Stille og roligt. En fin pool. Et stort udvalg til morgenmad.

Sesuai untuk lokasi berdekatan park dan shopping centre.
Pros:

Sarapan sangat bagus dengan pelbagai pilihan makanan. Sarapan sgt sedap dan memang menepati selera . Teh tarik sangat sedap.

Cons:

Bilik air shower ada dalam bathtub, sukar untuk mandi. Dan toilet ada bidet tp tak de paip air. Sukar untuk basuh

Improvement to staffing at The Cafe and responding to emails.
Pros:

Location and service. Front desk and concierge staff are friendly, very helpful and attentive.
The rooms are spacious and clean with reliably fast WiFi. The beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The Cafe, though the menu is good, the staff however is sometimes insufficient. At times none to be found. Therefore serving and changing of the courses are slow.
For breakfast the shift needs to be changed or staggered. Breakfast starts at 6 or 6.30 am but the main group only comes in at 7 am. Many numbers of them but only a handful actually did the clean up at the tables. The rest stood by the station chatting away.
Direct communication via emails are not replied. Requests therefore are not read and attended to.
This point does not reflect well for a 5 star hotel.

Restaurant Manager Mr Jalil surprised us with a birthday cake for my husband on 19/8. Restaurant staff were helpful

5 star hotel but cannot cope during peak holiday period
Pros:

1.Location , suit to family trip . Can walk to gurney park just infront of the hotel. Beside the hotel also has halal food if u lazy to go out.
2.Pool

Cons:

1. Breakfast , understand that it was school holiday , hotel full house. But u dont expect such poor service from a 5 star hotel. We came down early before 8am as suggested by the receptionist, but 50% of the main food is already finish and they took quite sometime to top up the food . Then ofcourse the fav section is the omelet. We had to queue 30min just for it. I’ve been to many hotel during peak period such as school holiday, but this is one of the worst experience especially when considering the hotel is 5 star.
2. Carpet , its a refurbish hotel . Furniture i dont mind old. But carpet ? U can feel musty when u enter the room. Deeeperr cleaning is much needed if u insist to keep the old carpet . My sis has asthma and she already ban this hotel , cannot tahan with the carpet .

很满意的体验，不是奢华的酒店，性价比很高，洁净和安全，值得信赖。门口有路5分钟有一家711，不过槟城的路不好走，天气又热，建议直接打车。然后打车去Gurney Plaza 7RM 吧，几分钟就到了，买东西或者去有冷气的商场吃东西很方便。
Pros:

酒店的地理位置特别好，性价比也特别好，早餐也不错，员工响应很及时，前台大多数时间有可以讲中文的员工。房间里面的保险箱也很好用。

Cons:

酒店的热水速度没那么快，要放几分钟才热。房间的吹风机坏了，可能要定时检查一下设施。

Pros:

1.打開窗戶就看海，可惜前面的公園當時在整修，沙灘區過不去
2.地點不在觀光熱區內，不必人擠人，但坐Grab過去也是大概10分鐘而已
3.早餐不錯
4.櫃台服務人員很友善
5.價格不貴

Cons:

1.水給得很少，必須打電話請櫃檯送
2.整體來講房間硬體不是特別新，電視也是早期的液晶電視，厚厚一台

Great stay
Pros:

The spaciousness, the friendliness of the staff. They gave us adjoining rooms and were happy to accommodate a late check out on the day we left. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Location was very convenient.
