Scrumptious breakfast, awesome location, great staff, perfect stay.
Pros:

Love the breakfast buffet, wide variety of options be it Asian or western fare. Location opposite Gurney Bay Park, perfect for an evening run, walk or cycle. There's a playground nearby which the kids enjoyed. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Someone is always offering to assist - with our bags, escorting my uncle in his wheelchair, etc.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything's perfect. The hotel feels a bit run-down not that it matters but some sprucing up could create a more classy ambience.
