Pros:

Wide variety for breakfast, and the location is great to go stroll next to the water. The staff is super friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit old and there aren’t so many plugs.

Pros:

Rooms were clean

Cons:

It’s very different from the pictures they have put up, nothing 5 star about it.

They check-in is extremely slow and inefficient. Staff answers questions in a very low volume, making it difficult to hear and understand.

Pool closes at 9pm, making it impossible to use it

Breakfast was average with a long wait to be seated.

Location is ok, nothing exciting nearby.

The pillows are too hard. At least hv two kinds of pillows, soft n hard, for both ends of the preference.

best value on penang with all-round stellar service and prime location without the exy price tag
Pros:

gurney drive is probably the best location if a bit touristy, when visiting penang. Close to major malls, eateries and centre of town. Great faciltiies outside as well for walks and exercise.

Cons:

breakfast had a lot of choice but a bit bland. Often getting down towards the end meant there was little remaining as the hotel is pretty well booked, but under catered for breakfast.

Hotel ubicado frente al mar, con aparcamiento incluido y piscina

Cons:

No es un cinco estrellas, por más que sea asiático y se compare con otros países. Es un hotel que en su momento lo sería, pero que se ha quedado anticuado, con mobiliario defectuoso e instalaciones que requieren reparaciones y mantenimiento adecuados. Especialmente deficiente el servicio de restaurante entre semana (a la carta). Una hora esperando por un simple plato de pasta con tomate, con 5 cocineros a la vista y nunca llegó. Solo éramos 2 mesas en la sala… me fui sin poder cenar. En general, la experiencia no ha sido buena, aunque contribuyó a mejorarlo el hecho de no haber mucha gente y poder disfrutar al menos de la piscina.

Pros:

Clean hotel,good room,gym equipments fully operational, nearby gurney park,parking available anytime,front desk staff good and best part is, i can fly drone without restriction by CAAM in gurney park.

Cons:

Traffic is heavy after 5pm.advice to get food panda delivery if you feel want to eat a few famous nasi kandar. hotel security is very helpful monitor food that left on the table outside main door.
