Quiet area
The setting and staff

Location was great, the atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant.
A little pricey, but then again, all Palo Alto properties are expensive!
We liked the swimming pool a lot.
The cost is pretty high, especially booking directly at the inn.

Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen. Der schöne Garten sah im Spätsommer traurig aus. Es gibt KEIN Frühstück, auch wenn es bei Booking.com als inklusive dargestellt wird, wird man vom Hotelpersonal auf umliegende Restaurants oder Cafés verwiesen. Diese Kosten natürlich extra!
An upstairs room like a treehouse. We could see the creek and the fountain in the courtyard from our balcony.
No breakfast available on Sunday. Great place across the street so not much of a downside.

Comfortable bed. and pillows, Love the real coffee cups and real glasses, a nice touch. I love the comfort of the Deluxe rooms with the garden patios. A pleasure to stay here while in Palo Alto.
Only thing I can think of is I would prefer the housekeeper not to knock at 9am asking when I was leaving. I was just getting out of the shower.

Our plans changed, so we ended up extending our stay for another four nights after our original 14-night stay. This time, we moved to a three-bed room, which was perfect for our family of three—having a bed for each of us made the stay even more comfortable. We had another great stay and were just as happy with the hotel as we were the first time!
