Zeer vriendelijk personeel dat hun eigen niet opdringt maar weet hoe je de gasten moet behandelen. Zeer professioneel en excellente service. Ook heel kindvriendelijk met hun kidsckub en diverse zwembaden en aangepaste kids menu. Als volwassene kon je er soms jaloers op worden.

De opslagruimte voor de kleren was wat krap maar dit is wat muggenziften...

Pros:

Cool mit Wasserpark, sehr grosse saubere Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, einladende Empfangshalle. Knuffiger Türöffner-Typ!

Cons:

Hotel scheint aussen (Fassade) und beim Poolbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein (ausser die Zimmer, die scheinen ziemlich neu). Sie sind aber dabei, zu renovieren. Hotelpersonal (v.a. an der Poolbar, dort sogar sehr auffallend) recht demotiviert, das ist schade, weil insgesamt ist der Poolbereich nicht schlecht. Frühstück top, Abendessen im Thai Restaurant war nicht unser Geschmack.

Super mooi en luxe hotel, mooie grote schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel en een super uitgebreid ontbijt. Ook het zwembad is, zeker voor de kinderen, top!
