Great innercity location close to the sights and 25min drive from the airport. Very nice rooms. Take advantage of a walk in the skygarden of the hotel.

great central location close to a lot of Chongqing's tourist attractions. Most tours will also pick up and drop off outside this hotel due to its location.

The service from the team at the Regency Club was exceptional from the check in, concierge and check out process and it is definitely worth the value in booking the club level room. The hotel is to be commended on training and retaining such a capable team. The hotel is also conveniently located walking distance to quite a few local attractions as well at the Metro stop to travel to further locations.

Location is smack in the middle of the shopping district and liberation monument and food street is 100 steps walk. The hotel being in the middle of the busy street doesn't have a big lobby per se, rooms are decent sized good amenities and if you like the location this is as good as it gets. Perfect for first timers to chongqing, the breakfast has something for everyone and is huge!

Loved my stay here. Near everything, incredibly helpful staff, and the breakfast is delicious. I worried it'd be too loud so close to the liberation monument but my stay was quiet and restful. The staff for the most part spoke acceptable english and helped me in all my requests. I would recommens this hotel to others and will stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing.

We stayed a couple of nights at Hyatt Regency Chongqing and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location right in the middle of the city, very close to the Independence monument, main eating street and Shopping Malls and is within a relatively short taxi/Didi distance from Hongye Cave, Liziba Station (Train that goes through the apartment building), various Old Towns and other tourist sites.

The room was very clean, comfortable, spacious, had full bathroom amenities, slippers, a very comfortable bed and the shower had excellent water pressure. The windows were double glazed so there was no intruding outside noise. We used the hotel's laundry service and they were very fast and efficient.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful but were not very fluent in English. However, we were able to get by as my wife can speak Mandarin. Travellers without access to a Mandarin speaker may need to rely on translation apps.

Having said that, we loved our time there and we would happily stay there again as it was clean, VERY reasonable in price and the location is fantastic.

Super convenient location with great access to a lot of things, friendly staff helpful with check in and overall stay. Will be back for sure !

5 Stars hotel in the heart of the city.

Great service by the frontline staff. The rooms were slightly dated and air conditioning was barely working. Sweated during my sleep so I don’t recommend this as a hotel for the summer season

This hotel is located in the heart of Chongjing city centre (Jiefangbei). It is about 200 meters from the Linjiangmen Metro ( Subway/MRT ) station. It is also the designated pick up point of many Klook and Ctrip day trips. We booked two separate day trips and both operators picked and dropped us off at this hotel.

On the flip side, we had initially believed that the room we booked was on the club floor (37 floor) and would therefore come with club ( lounge ) access. However, upon check-in, we realised that our room is in a standard room's floor (33 floor), just that we were granted with access to the club lounge. This was disappointing, as it was not what we expected.

Additionally, the room itself feels a bit dated and does not quite match the photos displayed on your website. From the images, we assumed the room had two beds—one king-size and one single—which led us to book it for myself, my wife, and our daughter. Unfortunately, we discovered that the room actually has two single beds, which is not ideal for our family.

Superb location steps from Liberation Monument with multiple shopping malls and eateries. Nearest metro station about 10 minutes away while Chang Jiang cablecar and Eighteen Steps district 20 minutes away. Rooms were a good size and beds comfortable. Bathroom was cozy. If you receive a corner room, while it is more spacious note that your wardrobe is halved from that of the normal room. Didn't have breakfast but had dinner at both Made In China (the Peking duck and deshelled 小龙虾 scampi cold noodles were delicious) and Kitchen on 8 (nice selection of local and international options). 24 hour gym was very well equipped with many machines - including rare bicep/tricep curl machine and hip adductor machine. Smith and cable machines also available. Dumbbells up to 25kg. It was a perfect stay!

Great location, few steps from Liberation Monument and the famous food street. Clean hotel and comfy room, we have a family suite which has two bath, very convenient. The lounge was under expectation, not too much food selections, but breakfast is good, overall good experience.

Location is perfect, breakfast is amazing, and room is perfect.
