The first room I stayed had a plumbing issue due to old facility. But the hotel staff changed a room for me immediately. The customer service is excellent to meet the needs. all staff are very nice and ready to help. I am very satisfied and will go back again.

Good location with old style

Cons:

Cafe staff in lobby, she sells coffee with a rude attitude, you pay first, you can't buy one coffee first, you must buy more, her broken English and attitude made us foreigners walk away.

Central location and good price-quality ratio.
Pros:

I often stay at this hotel because of its central location. The price-quality ratio meets my expectations.

Cons:

Some floors have been renovated and some have not. I’m always happier when I get a room on a renovated floor. 🙂

かなり良い！
Pros:

Park hotelというだけあって人民公園に近く、地下鉄人民公園駅に近かった。スタッフは親切で、ペットボトルの水も十分に用意されていた。併設に行列のできるパン屋（パイ屋？）があり、適宜列を見て比較的空いてそうなタイミングに並ぶこともできたのも良かった。観光地にも近く、周囲でご飯に困ることもなかった。
ホテル自体も歴史があり、テンションが上がった。

絨毯のためキャリーケースを動かしにくい（不満ではない）
