Pros:

I enjoyed the room and the space it offered

Cons:

Although I enjoyed the room, I didn’t like the fact thee is a very strict no visitor policy that I was not informed of. I had family come in from out of town just to VISIT me while I stayed at hotel, but hey did not plan to stay there for the night, and they were turned away by reception. I was then informed that the maximum per room was 5 people. A wristband policy was enforced for me and my 4 members. I was not informed of this policy when checking in nor was a given wristbands. I saw no one else at the pool area with wristbands which made this feel discriminatory. I enjoyed my room but very most likely will not book again.

Pros:

Большая парковка у отеля. Очень большой номер с кухней и всем необходимым. Как всегда в данной сети отличный и сытный завтрак, который почему-то не имел вафель! Но при этом была возможность самостоятельно сделать несколько тако!

Cons:

Поддувало с улицы через кондиционер, а также даже посвистывало через него. Пришлось заложить пледами данное место и стало тихо

They blamed booming.com and gave me the wrong room , I stayed here multiple times and always want the bedroom with the separate living room . NEVER a studio . So I told the front desk girl I went up to my room and it was incorrect.. she said “you sure ? It says a suite on my end” I said “yeah I’m sure , the bed and living room is all in one ..” she’s like “you booked 3rd party so we can’t change it “ I said “okay well will you guys pay me the difference.?” She goes “it’s the same price” …. If it was the same price why couldn’t she change the room ? Lol .. and of course it wasn’t the same price because I booked a suite and NOT a studio. And she admitted it says suite on her end .. fast forward I spoke to corporate and they said booking.com listed it wrong on their site .

One of the worst stays at a hotel. I couldn’t sleep since the air wasn’t right. Felt like room was damp and humid.
Pros:

It was clean and it did have a couple of good amenities.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t seem like it was working properly. The room felt very humid and damp. I think they need to clean the filters. There was a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes but no utensils! The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. There were no cups in the bathroom so you could rinse after brushing your teeth.

Did get no sleep
Pros:

The hotel is nice but had a bad experience the bed was in poor condition not enough towel sheets or blanket

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working in the room bed was in bad condition gave complaint and was only aware 20 percent not a good compensation
