Second time our small group stayed at Inn on Fifth for company board meeting. Great all-around experience once again. Excellent accommodations in a prime location in the heart of Naples. David Blais and the rest of the hospitality/reservations staff are excellent and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
Wonderful property that is conveniently located in the heart of Naples. Many options for food, coffee, drinks, etc.... This isn't like any ordinary hotel. Walk in showers that are exceptional, pool area with a hot tub, and the staff are beyond friendly. Well worth the business trip.
The location is perfect and the room was beautiful and comfortable. Armand was so helpful and nice. Amenities are over the top and I recommend to everyone.

As nice as the physical qualities were: rooms, pool, exercise and spa the attention from staff: front desk, concierge, valet and housekeeping made the day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Inn on Fifth. We stayed a week in January. The location is truly primo—right in the heart of Naples and an easy walk to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Beach is about 5 blocks away. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and well kept, and the gym was a nice bonus and better than expected. While the hotel itself doesn’t have a full restaurant (beyond the pool area ) and the in-room amenities are fairly simple, the walkable dining options nearby more than make up for it. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely return!
Working on balcony, our windows were covered with plastic for most of the stay, workers played music, used loud machines and were loud outside our windows all day. Not happy Why rent a room with this work going on?
This hotel is way overpriced and the management doesn’t care about the guests’ experience. We were given a queen suite instead of a king, the valet system doesn’t work properly and the club level offers so much less value than most other club levels.
Our first visit and we were treated like royalty. The service was spectacular. We were in the suites club level and enjoyed the huge breakfast every morning and dinner appetizers. Our suite was beautiful and very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants .
We enjoyed two wonderful nights at the Inn on Fifth in the Royal Suite. The room was beautifully decorated and maintained. The location is perfect for strolling Old Naples and the on site restaurants are lovely. Each and every staff person we interacted with was friendly, warm, and efficient. We highly recommend!
Our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much this second time. Outstanding staff and very nice rooms. The beds are very comfortable and housekeeping is the best. We stayed in a room adjacent to the pool which is surprisingly quiet and very convenient. Th location on 5th Avenue cannot be beat. Restaurants in every direction, and the beach only a few blocks away. Highly recommend this Inn.

Needs work. Pool area needs updates, service is poor, phones don’t work so you’re stuck for pic up from beach. No restaurants, food is not great. Disappointing
