Hotel is lovely and in a perfect location. No need for a rental car because you can walk to everything. Staff will even take you down to the beach and set you up with chairs and umbrella. Staff was so kind and helpful. Pool area is great with food and drink options, fire pit and hot tub. Overall a great stay. We will be back!
location is great - right on 5th all the shops and restaurants. staff were very friendly and helpful.
i'm sure my visit was 'murphys law' what could go wrong did - took 4 tries to get a working blow drier,
We hosted an Alumni & Friends Reception at Inn on Fifth for 40 of our most valued alumni and donors, and the entire event was outstanding. The planning process, the space, food selections, staff, etc., were all exceptional. While we initially were going to host our reception on the rooftop, the weather caused us to move inside to the Ballroom, and although less than ideal, they did a great job in making sure the atmosphere and room were clean and set up properly. The location on 5th Ave is phenomenal and that helped to attract some of our guests to attend. Our event manager, David Blais, was phenomenal and worked tirelessly to ensure that our event was produced and executed seamlessly, even amongst some last minute changes. We had a great experience and we will certainly be back!
The room was nice and clean. The staff was kind. Coffee in the morning was delivered promptly.
The negatives were, system issues on check in delayed getting our room keys. We were missing a a sheer in the bedroom. The blackout curtain was there. Not the sheer.
The hallway to our room was un-vacuumed and had debris. There was some sort of a mechanical clicking noise that materialized all night and woke us up constantly.
High penalty on rating due to lack of peaceful quiet at night.
Our staff had a great time here and felt very at ease with all services provided including the amenities, Club Lounge, and the conference room that was used. David Blais was very easy to communicate and work with.
We travel a lot and one of the disadvantages of traveling is sometimes you have expectations for different properties based on experiences. We’ve been to Naples before and have wanted to stay at this property given some of the awards and reviews we’ve seen. For this occasion, to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday, we used AMEX to make our reservation and when we checked in, we weren’t offered an upgrade or even had any of the services that come with an AMEX booking mentioned which is common place for any property that works with them. I can’t speak to the quality of other rooms but the room we were given, 218, is one of the oldest and most worn rooms I have stayed in, in nearly 35 years of business and personal travel. It literally felt like I was walking back into a 1990s worn out Marriott - the linens, the furniture, etc., where I’d stay for business. We found the service to be average and slow and the rooms to be incredibly uncomfortable. Given they’re charging nearly $900 a night for this small war room. I cannot understand how this place has the reviews I’ve seen. We had planned to stay at the new beach side Four Seasons. Next time.
David Blais and the entire Inn on Fifth staff were excellent. From conception to completion, the team helped us to have a successful meeting and stay. This is why Hexcel continues to come back year after year, and I am looking forward to working with the team again.
This hotel definitely offers access to great restaurants, shops and activities nearby. Hotel staff were very helpful and supported any need or question we had. Our room was well maintained and comfortable.
Always a great experience! We stay here about twice a year and absolutely love it!
Everything about being on fifth still luxury. It’s conveniently located to wonderful restaurants. The staff is excellent especially thank you to Judie at the front desk. He’s always so helpful. And a very big thanks to Brenton at the pool bar who is always willing to help us move an umbrella or get us whatever we need.
Jody was very helpful and friendly
The hotel was located perfectly and it is beautiful
David Blais, the Executive Meeting Team, along with the entire staff at Inn On Fifth took great care of 15 of my team members for two days of corporate meetings (and some fun). Guest Rooms and Meeting Rooms were really nice, the pool deck was amazing, the meals were fantastic and team was incredibly helpful along the way. We hope to visit again soon!
Another successful event at the beautiful Inn on Fifth! Premier location on iconic Fifth Avenue in the heard of downtown Naples, our alumni enjoyed an amazing evening hearing university updates while reconnecting with friends old and new along the 2nd floor rooftop lounge, the food and drink were on point as always. Shout out to David Blais, who was a pleasure to work with and thought of everything (even helping me print out last minute name tags less than 1 hour before show time!). Can't recommend the staff or the property enough, great place to host and impress your guests.
This is a noisy hotel. Not from outside but from the hallways and neighboring rooms.
The (very bright) light automatically comes on in the bathroom, so if you're someone who needs to go at night, you end up lighting up the whole room by walking in there and need to cover your eyes if you want to try to stay somewhat sleepy.
We left the room every day by 9.30. We informed the front desk that or room would be ready for housekeeping every day from 10am. On our third day, the room was still not made up when my wife returned at 3.30pm for an afternoon rest. When she told the front desk, they did not seem to care. She asked for some fresh towels at least which did not show up and she had to instead find housekeeping in one of the halls.
Not the kind of experience you expect for the price.
We won't be back.
We have hosted our all alumni event at the Inn on Fifth for many years and each year shines. This past year they delivered the same exceptional service and quality we always come to expect. David Blais, who I've been working with for the last two years has made the planning experience seamless and a joy. This year, he worked with us on securing sleeping rooms and we worked closely with Cheyenne Dino in Reservations, who graciously handled every change I threw at her. Thank you!
Our recent stay at Inn on Fifth was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, the service set the tone. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. Every interaction — from valet to front desk to housekeeping — was professional and welcoming. You can tell there is a culture of hospitality here.
The location simply can’t be beat. Being right on Fifth Avenue puts you steps away from incredible dining, shopping, and nightlife, while still offering a refined, relaxing atmosphere the moment you step back onto the property. It’s the perfect balance of energy and escape.
Our room was beautifully appointed, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail — from the bedding to the finishes — made it feel luxurious without being overdone. The property itself is impeccably maintained, and the pool area provides a great place to unwind after a day out.
What stood out most was the consistency. Great hotels can deliver one or two impressive moments — but Inn on Fifth delivered excellence across the board.
We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples. A first-class experience all around.
I liked the hotel. Though the price is out of wack, so is just about everything in Naples this time of year. The staff was always helpful, the rooms clean and the amenities pretty decent. The only negatives were the lack of milk for the coffee bar, i hate half and half, the pillows, way too soft and the antiquated elevators. Otherwise, we enjoyed out stay
Our group occupied a total of 13 rooms at the Inn on Fifth during 'season' as February seems to be known in Naples. By all guests' accounts, we had a positive experience throughout the week. The location was great, right in the heart of Old Town Naples. The interior seems to be well-insulated so you hear little to no noise from the street, even from the rooftop pool. The rooms were cleaned at least once daily, the catering on the suites side was delightful. Our meeting experience went smoothly from start to finish, other than a few forgotten items that the staff quickly brought over upon request. The entire IOF team was nothing but professional and responsive. We especially appreciated the hospitality of David from the events team, as well as Armand from the concierge team. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to those looking for a discrete, private meeting environment and high end accommodations with all the amenities one might want.
David Blaise truly outdid himself with our annual reception. From his expert planning and execution to his oversight of every detail and last minute requests, our guests had a festive experience and are already looking forward to next year! Judy at the front desk was also amazing, going the extra mile and following up with me every step of the way. Thanks for a fabulous stay!
We had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel. We used our Amex platinum card which offered nice perks as well. On check in we got an upgrade to a suite with a balcony and great view of fifth avenue. The room was beautifully decorated, bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious with great shower head. Our card got us complimentary breakfast each day on the pool deck, which was delicious, servers were prompt and friendly. Gym is very well equipped! Pool area is beautiful, well maintained, and not crowded. Although the hotel is right on 5th it was quiet at night and we slept well. All around perfect stay. No notes.
