Inn On Fifth

Upon arrival we were greeted by the Valet staff then the front desk staff, all dressed in professional attire. The room was not quite ready as we arrived a few hours before check in. We received a text a short time later informing us our room was all set. The room was clean and welcoming and overlooking Fifth Ave. which was worth the few extra dollars. The pool /bar area was very well maintained and all staff we conversed with were pleasant. We will definitely return to this hotel in the near future.

We love coming to the Inn on Fifth! The service is top-notch. All of the staff are welcoming, helpful, and professional. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is a great escape on these hot summer days (and the drinks are delicious!).

Three foors spread out nicely on 5th Avenue, an 'in' place to be when visiting historic Naples. Location, location, location. Only six walkable blocks from the beach, the Inn On Fifth sits in the middle of shops, restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. The rooms are elegantly tiled but not gaudy. Your expectations are elevated when you enter the lobby with its open space. My wife and I enjoyed clean rooms with friendly and attentive service, especially from Oliva and Judy at the Front Desk.

Nice place, excellent location. The valet parking is expensive because few extra charges which is not known to the customer except that they cost 40$/ night but comes to 87$/night. So suggestion is to do self parking !

The Inn on 5 th is wonderful and elegant. We liked the location because you had easy access to great restaurants. The beach which is a walkable distance is made better by staff which drive you to the beach via golf cart give you chairs, towels and an umbrella in very responsive time. The staff is very warm and welcoming making the experience even more amazing.

Living in Miami, we had not been to Naples...or the west coast...for a vacation in years! Wife and I booked at the Inn on 5th to celebrate our anniversary, end of the school year, and our son being away...we could not have found a better place, The Inn is truly amazing! We had plans to go to the beach and do a bunch of things around Naples but the service and staff at The Inn kept us there. Juan in the valet and Susan at the front desk, exceptional! Location is perfect in downtown, everything is in walking distance, a shuttle service which we did not use is provided. Amenities are on point, morning coffee by the pool, fitness center and that included shuttle service. Pool area is much larger than the pictures may represent, Gail, Jessica and Nelly were very sweet and helpful. Maria is the General Manager and left us a very nice welcome note in our room. We are already planning a return trip in September! Don't slip on this hotel, stay here with confidence!

Excellent experience from booking to check out! Facility is beautiful and clean, the pool and area is quiet and relaxing. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable!

Lovely hotel. Perfect location. We had a Club Level suite. Loved the perks of that. Great small bites and breakfast provided. The staff was amazing. The concierges at the Club Level building were great. Very pet friendly. Walk to everything. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Inn on Fifth. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and the beach. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, making it ideal for a family trip. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the excellent hospitality. We had a fantastic night, enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and made the most of our time before checkout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

I would rate the experience average, however, we thought we would have a quiet experience Sunday morning at the pool. The hotel had an F1 event that was loud, flying drones, and people who didn’t seem like guests. It was obnoxious!!!

The hotel was just perfect ! It’s a true gem in a great location! The pool area is clean and comfortable. The rooms and the hotel was decorated beautifully! All the staff was friendly and we had a lovely stay! Would love to return in the near future.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms right in the heart of 5th Avenue. Great rate on the property and as part of The Edit through JPMorgan Card received a room upgrade, $100 credit toward amenities (spa) and breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the property itself is beautiful + common areas/rooms are pristine. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help - Judy at the front desk was so personable and was regularly greeting guests as they came/went on a first name basis. The food was delicious, with a great selection and high-quality dishes throughout my stay - along with close proximity to Ocean Prime and Trulucks which are attached to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Such a beautiful luxury boutique hotel right in the middle of Fifth Ave in the heart of downtown Naples, surrounded by wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, salons, art galleries, sweet shops, and more! It's just a few blocks from the beach or a short drive to Vanderbilt Beach, which was our favorite. The staff and service at the hotel was awesome. There were some small issues with the electrical systems in the bathroom of our room, because they recently remodeled the hotel and replaced some of the fixtures and switches, but the maintenance staff was very quick to help and provide guidance. We will definitely be back!
