Good experience. Would certainly stay again if they fix the elevator.
Pros:

It’s location. Just a few blocks from Central Park, FAO Schwarz, Nintendo saw and Lego stores.

Cons:

Bathroom sink drained slowly. On our last day, the toilet bowl overflowed due to the water tank valve staying in the up position. Only one working elevator in the front; but they had two in the back at least.

Needs a big upgrade and photos that represent reality.

Location and staff are great. Size of room decent.

The elevators are limited and mean you have to plan extra time for your journey.
The room and balcony did not look like the pictures at all. Dated and slightly musty.

Dreadful
Pros:

Room size and location.

Cons:

The hotel has the worse lift operating system. It takes you 20-30’ each time to go up or down at any floor at any time. Nobody informed us about the operating lift system and the whatever renovation that they are going through. My 70s years old parents were exhausted every single time. I can only imagine if there is an emergency and you need to come down.

Fick ett rum på vån 2 mot innergård. Innergården var full av dundrande maskiner. Fick byta rum.mot gatan dagen efter. Slitna lokaler och otroligt dyrt. Inte prisvärt.

Great place to stay in Manhattan
Pros:

Our 1 bed 2 bath suite was spacious, clean & well presented. The sofa & bed were really comfortable.
The staff were all friendly & helpful. The housekeeping was excellent.
Its location was great with so many places in walking distance. It was easy to use the subway & buses to explore further afield.

Cons:

Only issue was the elevators at busy times in the morning, but this seems to be due to updating so hopefully a temporary issue. I think it's a bigger problem for the housekeeping staff.

Pros:

Ціна, якість, балкон з видом на Карнегі Холл та Манхеттен. Шикарний великий номер, є кавоварка, все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку. Фото на сайті не співпадають з реальним облаштуванням номеру.

Cons:

У мене був люкс з двома саніузлвми. В одному, де був неприємний запах, треба персоналу прати занавіски для душу. Треба воеховавати, що потрібно залишити депозит у розмірі 500 доларів.

Fabulous and elegant place to stay in Midtown.
Pros:

We loved the welcoming lobby, smiling staff, perfect location and size of the units. We will return next time in New York.

Cons:

The elevators were challenging. We understand that they are refurbishing some elevators - they really need more working at all times. But we loved everything else so the elevators were only a minor issue.
