Merci pour le confort et les sourires
Pros:

Le personnel très gentil, souriant, serviable, agréable : vraiment incroyable ! Merci à eux. On a aimé la suite avec la mini cuisine très pratique et le canapé lit. Merci aussi pour garder les bagages quand on doit laisser la chambre.

Cons:

Je n ai pas aimé le fait qu il y ait une photo d une terrasse notamment sur votre site, de plus mise en avant et qu il n y en ait pas ! Un peu pub mensongère…

Pros:

A estrutura do quarto para três pessoas com uma sala separada com um sofá-cama e haver dois banheiros foram decisivos para nossa escolha!

Gostamos muito da localização também.

Cons:

Hotel con ubicación exclusiva
Pros:

Un hotel muy económico y ubicado de manera estratégica. El desayuno sencillo pero atendido por un personal super servicial y en un piso 25 exclusivo. La cama muy cómoda y los tendidos y las toallas de buena calidad.

Cons:

Los tapetes olían a humedad, y había mucho polvo en los rincones y en el sofá cama, las sillas y los cogines estaban sucios y con manchas.
Nuestra habitación era con balcón, pero no tenía balcón y el ruido en la noche era muy fuerte las ventanas no ajustaban bien y se sentía el poderoso ruido de Manhattan dentro de la habitación.

Cons:

If a room sleeps 4, I expect 4 bath towels. Not 2. I asked for 2 more. We left for the day. Came back late to fine one (not 2) more towels in the room. By then we were too tired to get on with housekeeping department.

Pros:

Quarto amplo, roupa de cama e toalhas de otima qualidade, mini cozinha e sala muito convenientes. 2 banheiros no quarto. Equipe muito atenciosa.

Cons:

Elevador. Só 1 social em funcionamento. Nós tinhamos que usar os de serviço. Cafe da manhã parte do ovo. Ou cozido, ou um omelete pré pronto. Gostaria de mais opções, como scrambled, bennedict etc
