The location is close to everything and the hotel is clean.
I stayed in more than one hotel in the same area for more and similar days and they asked me to insure $300 (refundable insurance upon exit immediately) and indeed the amount was immediately returned from these hotels. This hotel asked me to insure $500 (refundable insurance upon exit immediately) and the amount did not return within the same moment and they told me that it may take 24 hours and now I have more than that and the amount was not returned, knowing that I have paid for the amount of water I took so that it is not deducted from the insurance which is $17.42. And thanks
* Important notice I left the room and it was not missing anything, I did not damage anything, I did not destroy anything, I did not destroy anything. This notice is back up so the hotel doesn't say I'm ruined anything.

Great stay. Even better once the elevator renovations are finished.
Pros:

We had a very good experience overall. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times, especially during check-in and at breakfast. The room was very nice: comfortable, clean, and a great place to rest after long days exploring the city. The best part was definitely the location, which was very convenient for visiting New York and getting around Manhattan.

Cons:

The only downside was the elevators, which were being renovated during our stay and sometimes required long waits. On one occasion, we waited around 20 minutes, although the hotel staff helped us by taking us through the service elevators. Even so, we had a very positive experience and would stay there again.

Great staff, spacious rooms with comfy beds, wonderful location.
Pros:

Great location—walkable to Times Square, Broadway shows, Lincoln Center/the Julliard School, and Central Park. Comfortable bed. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

Main elevators were being refurbished (I think), so we were asked to use the service elevators. It wasn’t a big problem (though not lovely by any means), but we usually had to wait for 5-10 minutes for an elevator. Also it would have been nice to have a room with 2 beds (apparently they don’t offer those)—the sleeper sofa was used by my daughter and it was fine but not ideal.

Location is great, room very comfortable. Would definitely consider it for next visit.
Pros:

Location is great.
The room is also very comfortable (lot of space and two full bathrooms). The bed and the sofa/bed were both very comfortable.

Cons:

The elevators were being repaired and it was a nightmare going up and down at peak hours.
The master bathroom got clogged twice on the first day, so there was a problem, but this got resolved after we made the complaint and didn’t happen again.
