I would choose again if I could be assured there would be natural lighting available
Pros:

Location is very good, staff quite friendly, spacious room, comfortable business center and gym.

Cons:

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and ended up on top of couch and I didn't fit, room had film on windows and could not receive any natural lighting so room was very dark without lights on.

Great stay, we would definitely book again
Pros:

Great location. Room is extremely spacious for New York. Staff are very friendly. Great value for money.

Cons:

There is currently maintenance work being carried out on the elevators so only two out of four were working. At times we were waiting 5+ minutes for it to stop at our floor.

Brilliant location and lovely hotel. Would stay again.
Pros:

The location was amazing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a huge room and two bathrooms

Cons:

My only negative is that no duvet was provided for the sofa bed. There were blankets but it was thin and not quite very comfortable

Great location in Manhattan
Pros:

The location near Central Park, the Subway and theater district was great. Our room was a good size and it had a little kitchenette, which was nice. Parking was a very good value.

Cons:

The elevator situation was really bad, as one of the 2 lifts was out of service and getting up and down was really difficult and required us to wait a long time every time we wanted to go in or out.

It was not made clean that we would get the smallest room offered, and the twin beds would include a pull out couch, which took up the rest of the room - no chair for sitting.
