Property was clean, central and staff all lovely. Fantastic breakfast in the morning. It was our wedding anniversary and The hotel had a card and chocolates in the room. Very thoughtful.
Also a fantastic swimming pool!
The only one thing I have to say is the mattress was so very hard. But this is personal to me. Some people like a hard mattress.
Friendly staff
Uncomfortable bed and pillows
The rooms were big, they did a beautiful touch for a special birthday.
We were lucky enough to check in early.
The location is great, we literally walked the whole of Dublin from the hotel.
I wish I knew the man on reception name who served us when we arrived. He was funny, helpful and could juggle many things all whilst giving great service. If you know who was working Saturday 25th around 2ish then send him my compliments.
Lovely vibrant and modern lobby.
The room was warm at night.
Swimming pool
Walking distance to Grafton Street, lots of cafés and restaurants close by.
Lovely staff, rooms were clean and comfortable.
Would stay again.
Great hotel, great location. Breakfast was great and the onsite swimming pool and sauna was perfect after a long day
WiFi was a bit poor
It’s a great hotel, centrally located which is perfect for exploring Dublin.
The rooms are a good size, well equipped & very clean. With friendly staff too.
Decaf tea & coffee is not readily available.
It’s our personal preference, so we generally take our own.
