Inizio viaggio non al top
Pros:

Siamo arrivati con tour Francotosso
Even though we had a set menu, we had to wait an extremely long time—about one hour between the appetizer and the next course.

The tables had no tablecloths, and the cutlery was placed directly on the wooden surface

The staff were amazing, especially Daniel and another gentleman who was from Brazil? Thank you! You made it all amazing
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the hotel itself was in a great location. We were warned about the noise during the night and the staff kindly left ear buds, such lovely touch.

Cons:

The shower was difficult to manage as the water was barely lukewarm.

Great hotel, needs aircon and an uplift in breakfast quality.
Pros:

Lovely looking place.

Cons:

No aircon in the room which led to a very uncomfortable nights sweating and lack of sleep! A portable fan unit was provided but it was unfortunately very inadequate on possibly won of few warm nights. Breakfast was very expansive but a lotta bit school diners. Watery scrambled egg, rubbery fried eggs, over cooked and discoloured bacon… Cafeteria coffee was nice, pastries and fruit juice very passable.

Pros:

Charlotte suite was well appointed, large and had a terrace. Nice main lobby.

Cons:

Room was 29 C and took AC 24 hrs to bring down to 21 C. Terrace had cigarette butts and garbage from previous guests. Staff were not as helpful as other hotels stayed at...ie assistance with portering bags etc

Great Location, Underground Parking was great.
Pros:

Hotel, Location, Breakfast, Room was OK and under cover parking was great to have in a city location

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room. Was very hot the window only open a little so no cool airflow. There was a cooling fan but that just moved hot air around. 34 degrees outside! Hotel did waive the parking fee as a courtesy for the hot room.

Would never stay again
Pros:

Beautiful hotel

Cons:

Upon arrival the receptionist was stand offish and not welcoming.
I’m in hospitality so I always make a point to smile and be polite to everyone.
This wasn’t reciprocated and receptionist was very matter of fact.
The bed was rock hard in room 442 and the lady who served me at breakfast was rude and should not be allowed to pick and choose who she wants to be nice to.

I’m very polite and approachable and I expect the same back.
