Clean, friendly staff, excellent bed/ shower, 24hour bar and lovely breakfast.
Thank you Krishna for clean room.
Too far from train station.
A hot shower with enough force is very gratifying on colder, wetter days. So well done to maintain the water pressure and the temperature, especially during the peak hours. The bed, the linen, the iron etc. was all spot on.
Two things:
(1) If you can replace one of the chairs that has static legs with the ones that have roller balls, then it is much more convenient to move while you are working.
(2) £20 parking charge for 24 hours is quite steep, especially when just outside your property, there is someone offering the parking for £5 for 24 hours.
Clean, spacious room
Abit further out than expected

Early check in option

Next door having a loud drunk argument in corridor for over an hour but nobody came to ask them to be quiet and I was too scared to go out and confront them.
The sink had a hidden plug and no sign to explain hidden release at the back of the tap

We arrived at 10.45pm and did not get checked in till 11.30 as something wrong with the system. Them went up to the room bed and room was very small there also was a pullout bed made up but we had booked a queen double room
Close to town , easy booking in breakfast was nice , just like you expect in a nice hotel . Spot on
Parking a bit dear
I like the room, but I wasn't happy with the service I was booked for 3 day to stay but I changed my mind extended for 2 days more, I asked reception after 2 days I stayed (5 days altogether) if there were any avaliable rooms, the receptionist told me you can stay in the same room, she accessed it on here system, but the balance bill was due to be 180, and I said no problem and then I. I left the room Friday morning to do my work. In the middle of my work, at 3pm someone called me from the hotel and they told me your stuff is here and you should check out today. I said to them, I have already spoken to your colleague yesterday, and booked until Sunday (which is another 2 days). In the middle of the conversation the person told, me dont worry you can come and speak to the reception team and you can stay its fine. After the conversation, around 6pm I came back to the hotel and explained to them all what happened, they tried to check in the system, they said we can't see anything on the system that's been booked. I was tired frustrated and annoyed, and wanted to go to sleep. I finally said can you move me to a different room from the room I was currently staying at. It's not fair, for their own mistake, they charged me 271. At just time, I was tired and wanted to go to sleep and was tired. The next morning Saturday, the receptionist was helping to investigate what has happened, she found out i was overcharged, she refunded me the money, if I didn't go to the reception at that time, I would have been charged doubled. She apologised to me and refunded me, but still i was not happy because I did say to that receptionist, why did i need to be charged uncessarily 271 for 2 nights, and I was told 180. The reason was, that the hotel was full. The main thing was that I was annoyed because I was overcharged. How many customers have been overcharged like this? Thinking twice about staying here in the future. A huge disappointment on your end.
Everything was wonderful yet again. Room perfectly cleaned by the lovely Georgina. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff
