Overpriced and unclean.

The cleanliness of the room was poor, I’ve stayed at this hotel many times but not had a problem, unfortunately this time the room was extremely grubby. Bits in the drinks glasses, shower floor stained and dirty, the carpets looked so stained and discoloured I didn’t want to walk on them without shoes. It’s worsened by the fact I was paying such an increased rate for the room assuming because their was a concert on at the local arena. Parking is overpriced at £20 for the night so I’d also advise to look elsewhere for parking.

Pros:

I like the location within walking distance to town centre and bus/coach station

Breakfast was also good my grandaughters enjoyed making their own waffles

Could have been a wider selections of fresh fruits

Cons:

The televison didnt work.would have like a complimentary bottle of water.

Pros:

We have stayed here a few times now, in good distance from city centre, bars, restaurants and shopping centres. Very clean and breakfast included with price of stay with a great range of foods to suit everyone. Will look forward to my next stay.
