Good aircon, amazing location, nice shower head and really nice shower wash, shampoo and conditioner
Horrible quality breakfast, not enough tea, sugar and milk in the room and not topped up by room service, not enough toilet paper or towels and not topped up by room service

Easy reach from the bus station. This is the second time we've stayed and our room was better than the first. Breakfast was nice plenty to choose from, both hot and cold. Quick check in, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast on the first morning was chaotic bacon was awful no forks, there was only one staff on trying to fill things up. A nice touch would be a biscuit to have with tea.
Lovely hotel, lovely room, WiFi, and breakfast, very attentive staff.
No AC working, no windows that open. Had 2 fans and a cooling unit with a wheel missing and kept leaking. The heat in the room was unbearable, i was unable to sleep, going through early menopause this was such a struggle for me. I had 1 year old baby that I kept checking his temprture though out the night. The thing I was looking forwards to sleeping in a cool ac room, and not getting that was very disappointing.

Nice bathroom with all gels lotions etc ,dressing table and also mrs liked fact had full length mirror, soundproofing superb no road noise ( we were o 11th floor tho) air conditioning and comfy bed.
Bed in 1105 no room down one side to get in loads space the other side.
Breakfast sausages not cooked enough and no taste, hash browns soggy, and only scrambled eggs both days

The sofa bed was too small for a teenager and a younger child. More suitable for one person.
No space to sit/move around when sofa bed is out.
