Pros:

Location to the centre and Leeds first direct. Staff all lovely. Felt very safe with security measures. Bed was comfy and had a good night's sleep.

Cons:

Room needs a tiny bit of tlc for the price paid. Minor details like scuffs on the walls. Maybe slightly more options at breakfast but did have good options like the waffles. Maybe things like mushrooms with the fried options and some of the bananas were over ripe.

Excellent
Pros:

Very clean, modern and well kept. My stay was very quiet and comfortable. Have stayed here a couple of times and will definitely be staying again.

Cons:

Downside is parking on site is 20 pounds but it is secure.

Pros:

When we showed up we were told the booking was cancelled. Apparently they knew in advance that the room was having work done and that the hotel was otherwise fully booked but did not contact us and waited until we showed up to address this problem.

Took best part of an hour to resolve and due to travel requirements this was late at night and then we were stuck over the wrong side of town in the morning. No compensation was offered which was very disappointing. We were offered 20% the next stay but only after I complained twice and it can only be used at this specific hotel which is no use to us - disappointing for a large chain who could absolutely do more.

Since then they’ve cancelled the booking marking me as a no show on my account which means I could get charged and also that the booking doesn’t count towards my rewards, despite no fault on my part.

Whilst the man on reception was nice about it on the night, this is a very poor standard of service and I am very disappointed.

Cons:

There was hairs left in our bathroom from previous guest also spare had bedding in it whilst folded up, is this normal ?

Perfect for a comfortable overnight stop.
Pros:

This is not my first stay here but once again perfect for my needs. Easy to find, car parking space available and convenient for my work engagement the following day. Good breakfast too. Friendly and efficient staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The toilet seat had come away from the pan which was surprising considering the room overall was very clean - not sure how that hadn't been spotted.
