Good stay with a couple of issues
Pros:

Location was good for needs. The staff were lovely. Bed and room were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Evening dining wasn't open due to staff shortage which resulted in us having to find other arrangements at short notice. Parking too expensive if id had more knowledge of area id have see a carpark opposite for half the price.

Such a shame
Pros:

The staff were amazing when we raised an issue about the bathroom, they came up to the room twice and eventually moved us to an alternative room

Cons:

We understood the exterior of the building was under maintenance but we were advised that this was the cause for our toilet malfunction. When we were moved, the toilet seat in the new bathroom wasn't affixed correctly and caused an injury.

Pros:

Amazing breakfast, good shower, comfly beds.

Cons:

Locationwise is a bit odd, but close to the city centre.
The gym was in reparations and they only told me the day before
