Great location for my daughters graduation
Pros:

We arrived and our rooms and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Rang reception and they put us in a superior room without any hassle.

Cons:

The sofa bed had a nasty rough edge and my granddaughter caught her thigh.

Cons:

The staff couldnt really be bothered. The aircon in the room didnt work so got moved to a bew room at 11.45pm. When we first arrived the sofa bed wasn't made up. The sofa bed in the room we were moved to also wasn't made up. The building in general was rough. I booked a Hampton by hilton assuming it would be of a high standard when it was terrible, especially given we paid over £200 for 1 night.

Pros:

Comfortable hotel, central, plenty of car parking, staff first class.Solomon Steele, General Manager was superb under a difficult situation.

Cons:

The water problem made it difficult on the first night, no water for showers on a very not night

Poor horrible experience

Everything, it was a horrible situation after arriving there around 10pm 12/07_26 only to be told there is no water and had to cancel ,no help and alternative offered ,had to book another place straight away and left me short on money since my full refund is still not processed yet, ,hampton can do better i used to think high of them

No water, poor communication.
Pros:

The room was spacious.

Cons:

We arrived back to the hotel after going for a meal and found we had no running water at all. I rung down to reception and was told it was an issue they're aware of, and offered no solution. I had to ask for bottled water and go down to reception to collect it. They advised that we could not use the toilet in our room and would have to go downstairs to use the toilets at reception. We were also only issued one key so whenever someone had to go to the toilet we lost all power in the room.

The hotel was booked for my graduation and I had to wash my hair and body with a bottle of smart water over the sink the next morning because it still wasn't resolved.

We didn't actually receive any notification of the issue from the hotel until 11pm by way of a letter posted under the door.

We received no apology and the only compensation offered at check out was to refund our parking. We did end up with a full refund, which is the bare minimum.

Our room was also positioned right next to the lift, which chimes every time the doors open. Not ideal with two small children.

Rooms spacious and clean . Breakfast was ok .

Cons:

The security was diabolical! .We were given keys to a room that was already occupied. We opened the door and saw cases . Good job we were trusting people to walk straight out and report to reception. We were offered a complimentary glass of wine and given a new room. Also, when returning to our room in the afternoon, it was left ajar by the cleaners. Anyone could’ve walked in . That was reported immediately .

Hotel w porządku, odpowiedni stosunek jakości do ceny, jest w centrum, ale bezpośrednie kilkaset metrów wokół hotelu niezbyt zachęcające.

Cons:

Śniadanie angielskie, w porządku, ale jak musisz spędzić kilka dni w tym hotelu to mogłoby być nieco bardziej urozmaicone.

Top Lage, dennoch absolut ruhig
Pros:

Tolle Lage, man konnte Leeds zu Fuß erkunden. Das barrierefreie Zimmer war wunderbar groß und perfekt für uns. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Frühstück war lecker.
