Hôtel très agréable, situé proche du centre ville,personnel très gentil, literie confortable

Obwohl das Zimmer zur Strasse lag, war es ein ruhiges Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage war ideal eingestellt und nicht störend, wie anderswo schon erlebt. Obwohl nur ein kleines Frühstück bestellt, konnte wir uns grosszügig bedienen. Alles war zwischen Innenstadt und Bahnhof zu Fuss leicht erreichbar!

Kiváló elhelyezkedésű, barátságos hotel, kedves személyzet. A központ és a vasútállomás is néhány percen belül elérhető.

Faptul ca s a pus accent pe curățenie, locația a fost excelentă iar doamna de la recepție era de naționalitate română și ne a fost un real ajutor. Foarte drăguță și amabilă, a fost extrem de receptivă la tot ce am avut nevoie. Chiar au pregătit o surpriză de bun venit cu ocazia zilei mele de naștere.

Very unpleasent experiance

Chambre spacieuse. Literie Confortable. Très bon emplacement. Personnel agréable

The location and the staff, in particular Mrs. Ladan, were fantastic and really available for everything and giving us also good information about the city. Renoir has everything you need for a complete well deserved 4 star Hotel. Warmly recommended to stay at the Renoir Hotel if you wanna visit Cannes.

Numurs bija plašs, liels. Bija pašiem savs balkons. Administrācija bija laipna. Ierodoties hotelī sagaidīja ar mazām dāvaniņām. Lieliska atrašanās vieta.

Apart from the fact that this four-star hotel is located directly beneath a busy overpass, it has a very small parking area that is available only for an additional fee. There is space for only about three large cars.
The lobby is small. The room we were assigned was on level -1 (the basement) and had poor air quality. It had a strong mold odor and felt damp. We stayed one night and then decided to cancel the remainder of our reservation.
The staff were unresponsive and did not address our concerns. They did not reply to our emails, did not engage in resolving the issue, and referred only to their cancellation policy without providing a clear explanation for refusing a refund.
Our overall experience with this hotel was disappointing. While we could have accepted the limitations of the facilities, we found the lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect for guests unacceptable.
