Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

Cons:

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles il est très difficile de prendre plus de un bain et une douche car il semble qu'il y ait des gros problèmes de cumulus sous dimensionné. Ce qui est un peu gênant pour un 4 étoiles.

La Suite é molto bella!
Pros:

La suite è molto bella e dispone di un balconcino con vista città/mare. Anche la zona doccia è molto ampia e ristrutturata.

Cons:

Il servizio pulizie non è stato di nostro gradimento in quanto un giorno hanno pulito e si sono dimenticati di rifornire i pezzi mancanti mentre, il secondo giorno non hanno pulito la stanza nonostante il cartellino sulla porta con la richiesta di procedere.

Cons:

Pas de parking. Chambre vétuste, ancienne. Ne vaut pas 4 étoiles, et encore moins le prix. La salle du petit-déjeuner est vraiment petite : les clients se marchent dessus.

Hotel molto comodo e adiacente al centro. Posizione strategica: perfetta x fare turismo e x raggiungere i paesi vicini.
Letto comodo, stanza pulita e parcheggio pubblico vicinissimo.

Cons:

Sembra più un boutique hotel che un 4 stelle.

La struttura in sé è bella e accogliente.

Cons:

L’approccio dello staff con il cliente. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda la mattina della nostra partenza, quando stavamo per fare la doccia, ho chiamato la reception per spiegare il fatto e, come se non ci credessero, è salita la signorina dello staff per verificare la veridicità di ciò che le avevo appena segnalato. Constatato che non c’era acqua calda, ci ha detto che non riusciva a capire il perché stesse succedendo e che non sapeva come risolvere il problema. Risultato: andati via senza fare la doccia.

Emplacement idéal.

Cons:

Les rideaux n'ont pas permis d'empêcher la lumière du jour d'entrer dans la chambre de très bonne heure.
