Location was great would go back in the summer. Very very cold in the room

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean, housekeeping changed the towels daily but failed to refill the glass bottle of water, when needed.

Cons:

My room was floor 2-rrom 20, the exit door outside of my room was kept open at all hours, this to me is a safety concern as the door exited to the back of the hotel into the car park. Anyone could have walked into the hotel.

It was perfect over New Year. Short notice booking. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Disappointing. Would recommend Monks instead.
Pros:

The bar was excellent, well managed and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was €15 for the buffet. I ordered only porridge and coffee but was still charged for the full buffet. The shower was also nearly scalding and impossible to adjust.
