Great location, rooms and hospitality
Pros:

Great location and welcoming staff. Be sure to visit the O'Loclainn's Irish Whiskey Bar even if you dont drink whiskey. The Monks Ballyvaughan is a great spot for dinner. Location a great place between visiting Galway and then south to the Cliff Moher or boat to Aran's islands

Cons:

I would suggest that staff avoid smokng outside behind hotel as the winds blow the smoke back into the rooms above. Refrain or cross the street otherwize rooms will have smoke in room especially with windows in back

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean, housekeeping changed the towels daily but failed to refill the glass bottle of water, when needed.

Cons:

My room was floor 2-rrom 20, the exit door outside of my room was kept open at all hours, this to me is a safety concern as the door exited to the back of the hotel into the car park. Anyone could have walked into the hotel.
