J5 Rimal Hotel Apartments

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and Outstanding Staff

I recently stayed at the J5 Rimal Hotel Apartments and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro and surrounded by many restaurants and shops, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and welcoming.

What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I would like to give special appreciation to Mr. ElSayed from the security team, who was always polite, professional, and attentive. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist guests made me feel safe and welcomed.

I would also like to thank Binesh and Subir from the housekeeping team for keeping the room perfectly clean and organized every day. Their dedication and hard work were clearly visible.

A special thanks as well to Mr. Sayeed at the reception, who was very courteous, helpful, and efficient during check-in and whenever assistance was needed.

The entire team at J5 Rimal Hotel Apartments truly reflects excellent hospitality and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I look forward to staying here again in the future. ⭐

I stayed on the 2nd floor and the rooms were clean. The Ajay did a great job.

It was very good and the staff was very nice but I have a complaint about you don't have a kids pool. Ms'Yoon, Mr Louis, Mr Binesh, Mr Sayed, Ms Ade

It was totaly awesome. I like the staffs they are very accomodating and the room is clean and i like the swimming pool too and very close to the train station and restaurants

Binesh, yoon, ahmed were very helpful and lovely. The stay was very clean all around. We were helped in all ways possible during the aerospace closure. Will definitely come back and recommend 100%. The rooms were more than comfortable. Great location many places to go and eat at. They value their guests all the way.

The facility was so comfortable and the staffs were more friendly and easy reachable at any time. Especially receptionist yoon and Binesh . Surely, it is worth of money and providing free gym even the swimming pool.Thank you for your great service.it was really awesome.

The hotel appartment is cozy, clean and very good for the price. It has an older look but it is clean and safe. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very nice to have a kitchenette in the room. Great for a longer stay at a reasonable price. Tons of stores and supermarkets right next by.

The cleaning gentleman on the second floor is a young man Mr. Ajay. He is super clean and punctual. We find out room spotless every afternoon we return back. We find our water and tea refilled too.

That lady named B inita cleaned my room for 2 months and she is very clean and kind and respectful and friendly I enjoyed 💕😘
