A lovely inn. There is not much to see and do in Waterville but the food and ice cream are exceptional and the service here very good. It was more pricey and I thought it would be more of a resort type hotel but it was better than any place we’ve stayed in Ireland and we would probably stay here again.
The town is very small. My husband had a good day playing golf while o sat in a lovely lobby and read a book. Very relaxing.
1 night 2 rooms, on the ocean line, nicely designed interior, breakfast above average, ocean view, helpful staff, wide bed and blanket, room size was sufficient
far too expensive for what we got, asked to use pull/billiard but I was told it is reserved - no one appeared at the 30min we were there, arrived at night - not easy to identify the place, breakfast did not include any vegetable
Beautiful clean hotel; excellent staff; lovely breakfast; comfy bed:

Clean. Good location.
Bit dated
Lage und Service
Overlooking the bay floor to ceiling windows brilliant.
Great location fantastic staff
Location for a trip around the ring of Kerry is a great stop as you’re going round.
The dated property was extremely overpriced for its quality compared to other places we stayed.
Great location and parking out the back. The staff were friendly.
Pillows were too soft.
Great breakfast. Excellent location.
Absolutely charming place. We upgraded to the larger room with the fireplace which came in handy with cold, rainy weather. Great view of the sea. Food in the restaurant was really good. Enjoyed having Irish Coffee on a inclement weather day. Loved our stay of 3 nights.
Very nice location close to the sea. We could hear the waves from our room. The staff was so welcoming, they really made a difference. Food was very good for dinner and breakfast. I loved the phone in the room, which was a rotary dial phone. I had not seen one of those in ages. Convenient car park. The hotel’s building is not in its best shape and deserves some love. Room and bathroom need some renovation.
Very big room with great view of the sea. The food menu in the bar was very good. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Great spot. Huge room. Better plan dinner options.
Good location right by the sea.
Rooms dated.
Restaurant staff need to be more aware of allergies. As I required gluten free there were issues over what was or wasn’t GF.
