Delightful hotel and staff- what a treat!
Pros:

Delightful stay and fabulous staff made our 40th Wedding Anniversary very memorable- thank you! Thanks to John (Concierge) and everyone for your kindness and wonderful unexpected additions to the room when we arrived!
The Junior Suite was in the old part of the property built in 1710 and up two flights of stairs- very nicely appointed with antique furniture and modern bathroom.
Dinner in Bellini’s restaurant was delicious with warm attentive service. We were,once again, taken aback by your kind champagne and strawberries which we really did not expect!
Breakfast the next morning was a feast!

Gorgeous hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The location was perfect as it was close to the airport. I was attending a charity gala, and the staff at the event as well as throughout the hotel were polite and friendly. The food was outstanding at the gala, lunch and breakfast. My room was very comfortable with everything I could need and more!

Amazing experience !!
Pros:

We had an amazing experience for Sunday lunch on Mother’s Day from the moment we walked in the door we were so well looked after and made my moms day extra special the glass of prosecco went down a treat ! Every staff member we encountered on the day couldn’t of been more accommodating one in particular was our server for the meal Olivia she was so lovely to deal with and had us well looked after during a meal checking up on us a few times to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything she was a pleasure!! Will definitely come back again

Mothers day
Pros:

Pure excellence, food and staff were amazing, it was great to be back as we had or wedding there 24 yrs ago. Amazing. I was there with my mother and my children, such a lovely treat from my husband.

Afternoon Tea
Pros:

Celebrated Mothers Day with my mum and five sisters a day early. The food was delicious from the savoury bites to the miniature slices of cake. We had two fantastic waiting staff who were chatty and welcoming and made us feel special even though they had a massive birthday table of up to 15 people to manage at the same time. Went to the lounge area afterwards and again staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely return.
