Al Rawda Arjaan by Rotana

Its a 4 star hotel but with a 5 star service.
Thanks to Moustafa , Massara and all front office team, for sure there is an amazing manager leading them

Extremely poor customer service, really dont care about the customer, i only booked it because have wonderful experience on other Rotana properties but turned out to be a nightmare, i booked for 4 nights and barely stayed for one night before checked out and mived to a decent hotel

The place was decent. But I see a common issue with all Arjaan properties is that the smell of food from other rooms comes through AC vents. This happened here too.

Everything was satisfactory, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Indira, in particular, stood out as an outstanding housekeeper. She performed her duties with great excellence, and her attention to detail truly enhanced our experience.

This hotel is amazing! Perfect for travelers and tourists who are looking for a decent place somehow affordable. The area is surrounded of everything that travelers or tourists might needed such us malls, groceries stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, etc;
Just in front of the hotel seconds away from the hotel door there’s intercity bus stop and just 10min walk you will find the central Bus terminal where you can get a trip from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and the rest of the UAE emirates.
Staff are so friendly and accommodating.

The front desk team is excellent. Room cleanliness and location superb.

Had a one night stay in the hotel. It’s pretty decent, no complains whatsoever. Maybe having a pool and own bar would be better! The crew was very willing to help or give out helpful information regarding the accomodation.

The team is very nice, the room very clean, the girls of reception very nice and very beautiful 😘, her very polite behavior and treatment

They don't have a city view rooms. Rooms with these discreption should be removed from the listing, and their names should change

What sets the Al Rawda Arjaan by Rotana Hotel apart is its incredible staff. Every single member of staff I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
They were consistently welcoming and attentive. A special shout-out to Elsa and the entire front desk team as well as the concierge and housekeeping staff.
For anyone seeking a memorable stay in Abu Dhabi, whether for business or leisure, I would recommend the Al-Rawda Arjaan by Rotana.

Very friendly service, excellent breakfast, did book a family room got 2 twin singles. They did bring another bed at our request. They don't have a pool however we were able ro use sister hotels rooftop pool just 2 doors down with nice city views.
