Terrible and dirty.
Pros:

The lobby looks nice and the bathroom was nice.

Cons:

Torn and stained sheets. When we asked for replacements, the replacements had stains and tears!
The room was beaten and torn. There were chunks missing from the desk, cracks in the ceiling, patches on the wall. The door didn't properly close.
Half the staff avoided greeting us but welcomed others behind us.
I could have had a better experience at a motel. Pathetic for a place that is supposed to be so highly rated. I wish I had never spent my money, and I expect compensation for actual resolution at this point. So disappointing.

Totally wonderful vacation
Pros:

The extra attention to detail when I requested to have the rug and curtains vacumed as I was getting my rhinitis and asthma... they added on a humidifier.

施設が綺麗なのはもちろんの事ですが、韓国で滞在中、夜間に友人の体調が急に悪くなり不安な状況でしたが、ホテルのスタッフの方が病院まで一緒に付き添ってくださり、受付では病院の方との通訳までしていただきました。

知らない土地で言葉も分からず心細かった中、最後まで親身に対応してくださり、本当に心強く、ありがたかったです。
このホテルに泊まって本当によかったと思いました。

Beautiful hotel in a great city. Fun to be connected to the department store for shopping as well.
Pros:

It was a gorgeous hotel with great staff and accommodations. The breakfast buffet was delicious despite being a little pricey. The rooms and bathrooms were very luxurious and comfortable.
