服務人員非常親切，房間也很乾淨，地點很好，還可以退稅，是會願意再次選擇的，希望房間的燈可以再亮一點就更好了

Pros:

Pool outside was brilliant , even in March is was heated to a high level . Staff very efficient . Large rooms , they kindly upgraded us .

Cons:

we couldn't take our bath robes from the room to the pool so it was very cold leaving the outside pool to get back inside . It would be handy to take a towel to the pool too

Beautiful hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Fantastic location right next to the subway and the Lotte department store including an amazing food court with tons of options. Beautiful hotel with helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

인피니티 풀이 리뉴얼 했다고 들었는데, 그래서인지 수영장이 아주 좋았고, 직원분들 모두 아주 친절하셨습니다. 수영장을 2회 이용할 수 있었던 것도 좋았습니다. 다만 숙박 다음 날 아침 이용 시 체크아웃 전까지만 이용이 가능해 아쉬웠습니다. 건물이 높고, 클럽 룸도 고층에 있어서 뷰가 좋았습니다. 수영장 시설 관리도 잘 되고 있는 듯했습니다. 룸도 컨디션 좋았습니다. 깔끔했고, 편하게 쉬기에 좋았습니다. 라운지의 음식 종류는 적당했고, 술 음료의 종류도 적절했고 와인도 전체적으로 맛있었습니다.

Cons:

부산의 호텔이지만 서면에 위치해 뷰는 일반적인 시티뷰입니다. 서비스가 가격 대비 아쉬운 점이 있습니다. 짐이 꽤 있었는데, 체크인 시에 짐을 받아주는 서비스는 있었지만 객실까지 옮겨주는 서비스는 없었습니다. 또, 호텔 시설들은 모두 체크아웃 시간인 11시까지 이용 가능하고 이 이후엔 이용하지 못합니다. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 일반적인 서비스입니다. 감동을 주는 서비스는 없습니다. 50만원 대의 가격대를 생각하면 다소 아쉬운 서비스입니다. 라운지 조식, 티, 칵테일 모두 이용했는데, 음식들은 크게 기억이 남는 것은 없는 것 같습니다. 세 파트의 음식들이 다소 겹치는 것들도 있었네요. 또, 라운지의 인테리어 책장에는 먼지가 쌓여 있어 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 전체적으로 수영장은 만족스러웠지만 그 외의 부분들은 평범했고, 가격 대비해서 크게 만족스럽다고 할 만한 부분은 없었던 것 같습니다. 가격대에 맞춰 평가하다보니 다소 아쉬운 점들이 많았던 것 같은데, 클럽 룸 기준으로 20만원 대 정도의 가격이었다면 크게 만족했지 않을까 싶습니다. 다음에 부산의 호텔을 이용할 때는 다른 5성급 호텔을 가볼 것 같습니다.
