Solid hotel, nice place, being tall is an issue
Pros:

The location, the included breakfast and that the staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

There's a step up at the bathroom. The ceiling in the shower is too low, I'm 180cm tall and I almost hit the ceiling. Same goes for the bath, I could make due but taller people are going to run into issues.

Excellent stay before early flight to Haneda
Pros:

Excellent location near the bus stop for Haneda airport, very convenient for shopping and getting to know the local area. Breakfast is very good and has both Japanese and Western options. I highly recommend it.

Cons:

It is hard to say. Everything was fine.

・駐車場があって、車で行っても安心。
・子ども2人を連れて行ったので、ダブルベッドだと少し手狭だったが、アメニティや朝食などのサービスが無料で付いていてありがたかった。

Cons:

・部屋の構造上なのか、温度調節が難しく、少し風邪をひいてしまった。

Pros:

荷物を預けられる所と朝食で周りが外国人の方が多かったので少し困惑してた所にスタッフさんにお声掛けしていただいて席を移動させてもらい快適に食事が楽しめた所です。

Great business hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

Great location, very close to Kichijoji Station. Also, a nice view from the hotel room I had on the 10th floor (top floor).

Cons:

A little expensive for what you get, but nothing to complain about.

Best Option in Tokyo
Pros:

The location is perfect, not too far from the bustling Shinjuku, and just few steps behind it is the charming Inokashira park. I stayed in this hotel twice, in Summer and now in Spring.

Cons:

During spring, I feel it’s kinda hot inside the room but when I told the staff, they said it was coming from central air vents, so they can’t do anything about it, but they were so kind to offer me another room, better room, but since the problem came from central airflow, I didn’t took it.
