スタッフの対応の良さ。立地条件の良さ。大浴場も良かったのですが…
Pros:

スタッフの対応の良さと立地条件の良さ。

Cons:

大浴場を利用した時に履いて行ってたスリッパが入浴後に部屋に戻る時、他の人に履いて行かれてて困りました。
この様な事は他のホテルの大浴場でもよく起こりがちな事なので、脱衣場のロッカーの中にスリッパも収納出来る様にする等何か対策をお願いします。

Pros:

駅前一分の立地が最高でした。
新潟テーマの内装も良かったです。

Cons:

お風呂がとても小さかったので入りづらかったです。
ただとても安い値段で泊まれたので、コスパという意味では良くなかった点はありません。

Pros:

新潟駅から直結してるかのような近さでとても便利でした。大浴場はとても清潔で疲れがとれます。

Cons:

部屋はダウンライトのみだったので、受験生がギリギリまで勉強するには暗すぎです。

🔸立地（駅チカでとても便利

🔸枕 （枕が変わると寝れない自分が、心地よく眠れました）

🔸ストレッチの効いた部屋着が、とても着やすい

🔸大浴場がゆっくりできる

🔸掃除（テーブル上に長い髪の毛があった）

🔸照明が暗い

🔸部屋が暑い

🔸部屋着が臭い(強いて言うなら加齢臭の匂い、ロビーより替えをもらったが、それも同じ匂い、着やすいのにとても残念）
