The breakfast was varied and really good, the staff could not have been more helpful!!
If I had to mention something, I would say that the rooms were smaller than expected, but perfectly adequate
The location is extremely convenient for Shibuya metro, Ginza and JR lines (bit of a further but still manageable walk). The room is soundproof, noise isn’t an issue at all. The room is very clean and beds are very comfortable. They also provide basic amenities with some nice additions (hair oil, hair product for men, makeup cleansing for women, water refill station at each level).
The first room provided smelt like previous guest/s smoked, even though the staff confirmed all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. They offered a different room type which was fine after all. The hotel is busy (not an issue in general) but it makes getting into a lift with your bags slightly tricky at checkout time, especially if you’re close to ground floor (they had two lifts).

It’s located right next to Shibuya station and the famous crossing. Staff were incredible! They were ready to help even with small things like needing scissors or just helping you with your luggage.
Don’t have a bad thing to say.
