Great for the price, but a little small
Pros:

Location is AMAZING, so central. The room is small, but expected of the area for the price. We were comfortable enough, even though it was a squeeze. I would recommend the room, but don't go in expecting a large or luxury room!

For short stays is great

Great location hotel, super staff and value pricing!
Pros:

Location is excellent just minutes from Shibuya station, scramble and lots of shops and restaurants. Great staff, snacks, and toilet amenities in lobby. Small modest rooms but great value compared to other hotels will bigger price tags. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Lobby is downstairs ( escalator) be prepared to take luggage. Not a problem for us but could be for Seniors or people with disabilities.

Great hotel
Pros:

We liked everything, staff was very friendly. There were free amenities and the room was clean. Location was convenient as well. We will come back when in Tokyo :)

Comodo perchè sei direttamente a Shibuya.
Pros:

La zona centralissima.

Cons:

La gestione del rifacimento camere: con la scusa del 'green' la camera non viene rifatta e cambiano solo la biancheria del bagno.

short and sweet but the size of the room was surprising. Shower in bath -no safety mat!
Pros:

Staff were pleasant. Breakfast service was very good as we also paid for it. Excellent location to Shibuya station and shops, can walk to train station. Very clean and professionally presented.

Cons:

When we got there , we came from Melbourne, Australia to Japan and were tired, lady that received us was ok but could have been more pleasant. She bluntly told us your room is not available until 3pm but her tone was noticed and we mentioned it to the desk later. The room was far too small for the price and what was advertised. For 2 nights we paid for over $750 australian dollars - was only worth about $600 in tokyo to be honest. The staff at breakfast were lovely and we worked out the money exchange downstairs. The hotel needs to supply a local - you are here sign with a local map & supply maps for tourists at reception and at least 2 staff to speak more English - not just for Australians but Canadians, USA etc. ****All tourists need Google translate nearby, WISE card or similar and Google Maps... the Shibuya crossing lights up at night & is worth it. We would go back to Japan but not to the city for this price. Lastly safety - no rubber mat in shower which is in the bath - you have to climb in and out - which is ok but you could slip, so it is a hazard. Could not fault the breakfast which for 2 is 50,000 yen. Breakfast staff were better than reception.

Basic but economical and great location!
Pros:

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Shibuya Station and crossing. The room was tiny, but had everything absolutely necessary (fridge, water boiler). The bathroom was tiny and elevated, reminding me of a Carnival Cruise line bathroom, but it worked. They have a "buffet" of amenities downstairs, from instant coffee to toiletries. I needed to iron a shirt and they gave me a mini ironing board and iron at the front desk. We paid for the breakfast and it was really good!

Cons:

Instant coffee vs. the pour-over like at other hotels. The bathtub was really high, making the step over a bit of a stretch for my short legs.
