It was a great experience to stay there and we managed to enjoy the NYE fireworks as hotel was 1 minute walk to the lake
Pros:

Everything was perfect

Cons:

The close the lift at night so when coming back late we had to climb stairs - inconvenient for an expensive hotel like that!

Le petit déjeuner est très bien; Un très bon emplacement central pour visiter la ville à pied.

Mein Hotel in Zürich!
Pros:

Schönes, traditionsreiches, gediegenes Hotel mit luxuriöser, doch gemütlicher Ausstattung in unübertroffener Lage mit sehr freundlichen, aufmerksamen und professionell agierenden Mitarbeiterinnen.
Das Hotel wurde/wird seit geraumer Zeit durch auch des Nachts nur kurz unterbrochene Bauarbeiten in einem Gebäude gegenüber geplagt. Man hat meinem Wunsch entsprechen können und mich in einem Gebäudeteil untergebracht, in dem ich nicht gestört wurde. Es ist für dieses freundliche, schöne Hotel zu hoffen, dass diese Belästigung bald aufhört.

Harika konum, Güzel kahvaltı, yeterli hizmet.
Pros:

Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Yeteli ve kaliteli bir kahvaltı hizmeti vardı. Kruvasanlara bayıldım. Otelin mutfağı çok başarılıydı. Akşam yemekleri için de güzel seçenekler sunan bir yer. Yataklarda çok rahattı.

Cons:

Odamız iç avluya bakıyordu, o nedenle bir manzara yoktu, perdeleri kapalı tutmak durumunda kaldık. Bina eski olduğu için ısınma merkezi ayarlanmış ve belli saatlerde çalışıyor. Odada klimada olmadığı için oda sıcaklığını ayarlama imkanınız olmuyor.

Pros:

Frühstück und Personal war gut bzw. freundlich. Die Lage ist gut und gut erreichbar auch öffentlich!

Cons:

Zimmer extrem einfach eingerichtet. Einrichtung und Zimmer allgemein waren jedoch alt und abgewohnt. Das Badezimmer war extrem klein und die Toilette halb hinter der Duschwand/-Türe versteckt. TV-Screen war auffallend klein, unngünstig montiert und war ebenfalls technisch scon überaltert.
Im Bezug auf - witterungsbedingte - Nichtranreise und dem Storno des zweiten Zimmers, wollte mann weder eine Lösung finden, noch wurd das Frühstück dazu gutgeschrieben oder sonst nach einer Lösung/Angebot gesucht. "Ist eben so!".
