Wir sind als Gäste gekommen und als Freunde gegangen.
Pros:

die freundliche und persönliche Atmosphäre, vor allem auch im Restaurant und an der Bar. Besonders ist natürlich auch die Lage am See, in der Nähe der Oper und die gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr.

Cons:

Leider war eine laute Baustelle in Betrieb, wo auch am Samstag gearbeitet wurde. Wir bekamen aber ein Zimmer im obersten Stock und Blick in den Innenhof, w es deutlicher ruhiger war.

Cons:

Construction site outside, right under my windows. I thought, okay, they'll stop working at 8pm, maybe 10pm... it lasted all night. I barely slept a few hours. I would have been grateful to have had this information in advance.

Excellent style and location, perfect for a short trip
Pros:

Room was beautifully decorated, loved all the colours and the flooring. Very friendly staff, we were given access to the room a bit early because it happened to be ready - we weren't expecting this but it was a lovely surprise. The hotel location is very convenient, close to multiple trams and a train station.

Cons:

Very very minor - no obvious place to hang a damp coat, we didn't want to damage the nice wooden wardrobe so a hook or coat stand somewhere in the room would have been nice.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff in the heart of Zurich.Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Zurich. Room size was generous, lovely bathroom, lovely breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view from the room onto the street.

Cons:

Doona bed cover was soft but I was allergic to it. Staff provided a blanket which I appreciated. I didn’t like the pillows, they were too flat. Would like to see a pillow menu available.

Nie wieder.
Cons:

Wohl das unfreundlichste Hotel, das mir je untergekommen ist. Obwohl das Zimmer bereits bezahlt war, wurde mit der Zugang zum Zimmer verweigert, weil ich die Kurtaxe noch nicht bezahlt hatte. Nachdem 4 Kreditkarten abgelehnt wurden, sollte ich 250 SFR als Pfand besorgen. Die Möglichkeit, dass es am Kartenlesegerät des Hotels liegen könnte, wurde ausgeschlossen. Natürlich war es das. Am nächsten Morgen funktioniere es. Aber selbst dann keine Einsicht und eine Attitüde gegenüber dem Gast, die mich sprachlos zurücklässt.

Auch das Frühstück war eine Zumutung. Wurst- und Köseauswahl vertrocknet, schwitzend und alles, nur nicht frisch.
