Great location, terrific breakfast and friendly staff
Pros:

Location and room size was great. Staff at the reception were extremely pleasant and helpful

Cons:

We booked a junior suite and there were some dust issues, the blinds and curtains didn’t work and block out the light and need replacing.

Sehr schönes, gutgelegenes Hotel; bestens geeignet für einen mehrtägigen Zürich-Aufenthalt
Pros:

sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer (und auch Bad) im 5. Stock, sehr ruhig, bequeme Betten.
Gutes Frühstück, hervorragendes Essen im Restaurant, freundlicher Service
Gut gelegen und mit ÖPNV ist alles sehr gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Bar hat nicht wirklich Barcharakter. Relativ laute, meist pophafte Musik zum Frühstück.

Tre giorni in questo bell'Hotel in un'ottima posizione: vicinissimo al lago e al centro della città. Dato che amiamo camminare ci siamo goduti ogni angolo del centro e abbiamo visitato i musei più importanti della città.

Angenehmer Wochenendaufenthalt in Zürich.
Pros:

Wir sind zu einem Opernbesuch nach Zürich gekommen - die Lage des Hotel Europe ist dafür ideal! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren - dass der Preis etwas höher ist als bei einem vergleichbaren Hotel in einer anderen Stadt, hat uns nicht überrascht.
