An elegant, relaxing location for a memorable stay in beautiful Zurich.
Pros:

The location was excellent, near trams, restaurants, and easy access to the train station. The room was large and beautifully decorated.The breakfasts were delicious and nutritious. The staff in the restaurant, particularly Jada and Leanne, was superb.

Pros:

Lovely decor nice rooms and good positioning for the restaurants and shops. Lovely lady making the coffee in the morning but she was busy making coffee for everyone so it took time to get a drink.

Cons:

One of our rooms needed redecorating. Not very helpful reception. We had to keep asking for food to be replaced at the buffet.

Beautiful place!
Pros:

The staff was amazing! Very good breakfast, great location behind the opera, easy access to restaurants and coffee, transport facilities are very close!

Highly recommended.
Pros:

Great location, high quality food for breakfast, relatively spacious rooms, staff were great specially the morning crew!!

Cons:

Our booking included “free airport taxi” however booking.com said it is under the hotel to cover it and the hotel said it is under booking.com - we end up paying our taxi trip back to the airport.

A very pleasant stay in a lovely hotel with nice rooms, a great location and a very kind staff.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, well located, a block away from the lake and within walking distance to downtown. One of the major train stations (with easy connection to the airport) is also within a short walk. My room was excellent, nicely designed, spacious and with partial view over the lake. Breakfast was great and the staff really helpful and kind. I would happily return.

Optimale Lage des Hotels für Unternehmungen, da der Nahverkehr schnell erreichbar ist.

Anreiseinformationen vor dem Reisebeginn ermöglichten eine gute Nutzung der Bahn vom Flughafen

Cons:

vermisst wurde Abwechslung im Frühstücksangebot sowie ein schnelleres Auffüllen des Frühstücksbuffets. Leider wurde teilweise nur nach Aufforderung nachgefüllt.
Der Geräuschpegel von der Straße, von den Liefer- und Entsorgungsfahrzeugen und den Gästen des eigenen sowie dem gegenüber liegenden Hotel und den Restaurants war so hoch, dass nur bei geschlossenem Fenster an Schlaf zu denken war. Bei der Wärme leider nicht optimal.
