Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick über die Dächer.
Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal auf allen Ebenen.
Guter Pinot Noir 👍😉

Cons:

Eine Klimaanlage hat gefehlt, der Ventilator im Zimmer ist zwar nice, aber bei der Hitze schafft der auch keine echte Erleichterung.
Kaffee zu bekommen beim Frühstück ist umständlich, weil die Bedienung ihn individuell zubereitet, bei Stress klappt das nicht so gut, verständlicherweise. Dann doch lieber einen Automaten hinstellen. Just saying.

One of the best hotels in Zurich.
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Europe in every way. The room had so much character as well as the remaining design of the hotel. It was clean and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast buffer and coffee was great. The highlight however were the amazing staff. Super welcoming, warm and kind. They made my stay 10x better from the start to the end. I had originally booked another hotel (Rubi Mimi hotel) previously and I was disappointed in that hotel from every way possible so when i cancelled that one and arrived at Hotel Europe I was so happy I did so. Will recommend Hotel Europe to friends and family and rebook when back in Zurich. Bisous

Leider hat das Hotel keine Klimaanlage, was bei 38C Außentemperatur eine echte Herausforderung ist. Dafür ist der Preis dann doch sehr hoch.

Pros:

The location was great as well as the breakfast which included options to prepare eggs. There was a lift. Decoration is great. There was a hairdryer in the room.

Cons:

I booked a room based on the pictures on Booking.com and was given a completely different room (see picture) which was significantly smaller, and at a very high cost, at 360 euros for one night. This is not to mention I needed to contact the reception to use a kettle, which was also absent from the room. The value for money is non-existent unfortunately. Would love to say the opposite and congratulate the hospitality or quality of services but it is objectively not happening.
