Excellent meal in the bar, pool table and dart board an added bonus.
Everything, top quality
Nothing
The overall vibe and decor within the hotel was great, I had been wanting to stay here for a while and wasn't disappointed.
It was a shame the Spa was undergoing renovation but that didn't ruin the trip.
Great location. Staff lovely.
Maintenance of rooms could be better. Paintwork needs attention. Balcony was dirty. Cobwebs on patio door, table hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.
Outside seating and bar.
No breakfast available at 7am on Monday 20th July. I was offered tea but it never came and by 07:20 there was still not even cereal available. I left without breakfast as I had to catch a train. I mentioned the lack of breakfast at reception when I checked out.
Stunning hotel situated in beautiful countryside. Modern and very classy. Comfortable and very clean. Friendly staff .
Could not fault the hotel
Nice clean modern room. Good sized beds. Very quiet.
The type of people staying their was expected for the price. Loads of dogs, people with tats, vaping and drinking cheap lager. Bar was like a Wetherspoons. Didn’t eat as new what to expect.
Great value for money. Lots of free parking on site.
Room was very comfortable and spacious. Had dinner at the Antler Bar which was very tasty indeed! Breakfast was slightly disappointing, the hot buffet although had plenty choice a few of the items had potentially been sitting a while and were dry. I did want poached eggs but no-one came to take out order so made do with scrambled from the buffet.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for my daughter’s birthday. The room was so clean and beautiful. The whole place was so calm and peaceful. We look forward to staying again.
Nothing. The stay was perfect.
Lovely location and building.
I got zero sleep due no air con and the room being around 30c , plus doors slamming non stop as most guests seemed to be there for a party! Fine if you are not working for a living.
Loved the lay out of the property the hotel decor and the staff were amazing.
Absolutely nothing it was all perfect
