Pros:

Off the beaten path for sure. We had to go down about a mile of dirt road just to get there. But it was totally worth it! The rooms were great and the property was super clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Pros:

Nice spot. Big spacious rooms with high ceilings big bathroom. Clean. Everybody was very nice including the restaurant staff. Had a nice pool, Jacuzzi nice views all around.

I just had a couple concerns which was the fact that the shower had a strong mild dewy odor and breakfast was at an upstairs kitchen and I being handicapped I can’t use stairs and they only had one person working there and they only offered for my husband to come get the food or for us to wait. Keeping the whole me being on a cane they did originally had us upstairs but they were able to change our room to down stairs. In my opinion they should have more handicap access

Roads are very rough and you should use a Truck or SUV .... Since its the low season the restaurant wasn't open which we were not aware of . Its very cold in the room so dress warm .... No.heat

Staff was professional and friendly. Hotel didn’t have a working shower gel pump in shower. Water pressure inside shower was mild. Soap dispenser was hard to dispense. No hair dryer or hangers available. Beautiful view of pool and hot tub area. Matilde restaurant had fair offerings for a complimentary breakfast.
