The New Season Apart

This was by far one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. There was no breakfast provided as advertised, and the room was extremely dirty — no soap, no shampoo, and overall very poorly maintained. It was honestly the dirtiest place I’ve ever been to. I truly wish there was an option to upload photos so others could see the actual condition of the room. I strongly advise against booking this place — you’ll regret

Vi stannade i fem dagar. Läget kunde inte vara bättre -allt vi ville se och göra bara ett stenkast bort. ( Aya Sophia ,Blå Mosken,Topkapi Basilica Cistern ,Hippodromen…) Hotel organiserade transfer från och till flygplatsen.Rekommenderar starkt!

Il persone le é gentilissima sempre sorridente ma le nostra richieste vengono soddisfatte solo dopo tanto richiami purtroppo io chiedo un rimborso . La Luce in bagno l’hanno sistemata dopo 3 giorni . Non c’era la carta igienica asciugamani . La caméra non era proprio quella che ho prenotato . L’ho detto ma ci é stato detto che era tutto pieno e non potevano cambiarla . Nell’armadio c’erano coperte e non c’era spazio per mettere i vestiti. I fornelli non il bollitore ha il filo rotto e le lenzuola erano sporche e c’erano le formiche dapertutto

Konaklamaktan gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. En çok personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzlülüğü dikkatimi çekti. Girişten çıkışa kadar her konuda yardımcı oldular, sorularımıza sabırla yanıt verdiler ve kendimizi evimizde hissettirmeyi başardılar. Özellikle ihtiyaç duyduğumuz anlarda hemen çözüm ürettiler, bu da konaklamayı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Konum olarak da oldukça avantajlı bir yerde; toplu taşıma ve çevredeki olanaklara yakın olması büyük kolaylık sağladı. Misafir memnuniyetine verdikleri önem için teşekkür ederim, tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer.

Nous étions 6 dans le logement, deux appartements séparés mitoyens. L'un pour 4 : une petite salle de bain, une chambre avec lit double et deux canapés lits. L'autre appartement avait une grand lit et une salle de bain. La cuisine était clairement sous équipée pour 6 personnes, il n'y avait pas de vaisselles et seulement une plaque de cuisson. pas de table ni chaise pour 4, encore moins pour 6, nous avons pris nos petits déjeuner autour de la table basse mais tous les autres repas à l'extérieur. Le linge de lit est usé et quelquefois tâché, mais la literie est de bonne qualité, les couettes confortables. La plomberie est défaillante, les tuyaux et pommeaus de douche fuient, mais pas de problème d'eau chaude. Par contre, les prix sont très raisonnables et le service est excellent. A vos petits soins, disponibles et sympatiques. Il y a une petite épicerie en bas, le quartier est central, sûr , accessible à pied ou en transport de tous les monuments emblématiques de la ville. Pour des voyageurs à petits budgets, c'est un bon rapport qualité-prix compte tenu de l'emplacement.

On a positive note, the location is good, just a short walk to the Blue Mosque. However, if I return to Istanbul, I won't choose to stay here again

The staff was great, location as well, very close to Blue Mosque (5 mins walk).

Location and view are amazing

Perfect location to visit the authentic Istanbul city centre! Comfortable and clean rooms, cozy bar/restaurant, nice fresh food.
Great staff: Firat and Irina, always smiling and very helpful!
Recommended for solo/couple/family travellers!
