Great place, loved the vibe, location and upper deck spa to relax
Pros:

Nice and homely! Very different to big corporate hotels and had a local vibe. Also great location!

Cons:

Bedroom small and no view.

Convenient stay
Pros:

All the amenities, and the convenience. The staff was also very helpful!

Espaço de pedras quentes fabuloso, comodidades e comida ótimas também.

Cons:

Para sair do quarto, é preciso deixar a chave na recepção. O que é um desconforto, pois nem sempre há pessoas lá, e você tem que ficar esperando para entrar ou sair do prédio.

Relaxing exotic hotel in a quiet area near the entertainments' district.
Pros:

I liked the exotic furnishings. The pillows are soft and the bed very comfortable. It is possible to open the window. The location is perfect!
There is a great variety of cute free amenities available at the lobby.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
My boyfriend and I enjoyed the face masks.
There is a nice terrace on the 5th floor where you can see the station and the neon lights. Really pleasant.

Cons:

It's maybe a bit too expensive considering that the rooms in the end are small standard rooms.
Breakfast is very basic.
No condoms in the box near the bed 😁.

Perfect hotel for our first trip to Japan
Pros:

Great location central 5 minute walk to main shinjuku hospitality from staff amazing. Looks of complimentary pieces including food drinks and cosmetics were needed

Cons:

Rooms are tiny but expected just challenging with larger luggage

Tokyoya yaptığımız ilk seyahatti ve otelden inanılmaz memnun kaldık. Her şeyiyle (temizlik, çalışanların davranışları ve çözümcül olması, sigara içilebilen bir otel olması, ücretsiz sunulan tüm hizmetler, her yere ulaşımın aşırı kolay olmadı ve otelin merkezi bir yerde bulunması...) bizden tam not alan bir işletme oldu. Bundan sonra yapacağımız Tokyo seyahatlarinde kalacağım tek otel olacak. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Overall a very good stay. Would have been perfect with a nicer bed!
