Good location. Clean. Haven from noise. Friendly staff. Thoughtful. Nice to have drinks machine available in lobby.
Breakfast.
Everything ! It was fresh, clean and comfortable in a great location to the station and shopping, restaurants. Free tea, coffee, soups, soft drinks and mixers in the lobby area and a light breakfast option. Loads of free personal items and amazing massage chairs .
Nothing
A lot of free things, drinks, snacks, massage chair etc. Nice atmosphere around the reception area.
The bed was very uncomfortable, bumpy. The room was dusty, the curtains were dirty.
Free stuff
Small rooms but thts Tokyo
All the extras and decor
Room was tiny
So many extras. That really sold it for us. Coffee, breakfast foods and free alcohol. We throughly enjoyed the rock sauna, used that three times. All the free toiletries too, such a nice touch. You could have a pamper night after a long day of walking. The bathroom was lovely, so nice having a jacuzzi bath. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
The room was very small. The bed was jammed up against a wall so one of us had to crawl out to use the toilet. The pillows weren’t great and the bed wasn’t amazing.
So many free treats...
Coffee, soft drinks, alcohol, cake, tacos!
Room was quite small, the norm here but unexpected
Fantastisch staff, made me feel so welcome! Rooms are small but for a single person, excellent! Next to the metro stop, close to busy area but calm around the hotel. (And loads of free goodies + coffee/tea)
Great amenities. Loved the bedrock and massage chairs. Free coffee/drinks/snacks, plus face masks and a wide variety of toiletries. Lovely staff, well located.
Continual music in lounge area that just plays on a loop.
The staff were very accommodating, the room was toasty, and the jet bath was super powerful.
Having not read the dimensions as I probably should have, the pictures didn't really show how small the room was. It was very, very tight. What was there was wonderful, it was just a very, very small room is all.
Many complimentary items and close to the sights.
The rooms are smaller which is typical for Japan, but it can cause problems when you have large luggage items.
Lots of free items.
Nice jet bath.
Nice communal relaxing area with bar and snacks for free.
Staff did not offer the usual Japanese-level customer service (ignored customers, no morning or evening greetings).
Paid almost double the price because it was NYE - terrible value for money.
The property is in a prime tourist hot spot, so I guess many foreigners stay here. However it was challenging as only some things are bilingual. For example, the full serve-yourself bar had no English signage, making it confusing if one could help oneself to the bar, and secondly not having any idea what was in all the bottles. In—room tech was also difficult to navigate.
