Cons:

Pas propre( cheveux des anciens occupants au sol devant les lits qui sont aussi au sol, mauvaise odeur, poussière dans les placards)
Hôtel affiché avec 4 étoiles, mais il n'en vaut même pas une, description mensongère.

Abgenutzte Wohnung in guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, und der Kontakt zum Personal ist reibungslos.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist alt und abgenutzt, und wir haben Probleme mit der Sauberkeit. Uns hat der Schimmel in der Lüftungsanlage und der Klimaanlage nicht gefallen.

Pros:

It was a convenient option to be in Uguisudani and being one station from Ueno. You have your own kitchen, washer, you'll need to hang dry your clothes so take that into account. It is also located next to 2 grocery stores and Don Quixote. I recommend this place as it will not break the bank and is convenient. Thank you!

Winter short stay
Pros:

Shower, toilet and kitchen were good. The supermarkets were very close so we could self cater. The stations were not too far away. It was good for a small family and was what I imagined a japanese apartment was like. (Small, but this is tokyo!)

Cons:

Not enough electric sockets in bedrooms. Hotel hard to find from the street and self check in was complicated. Also there was not many plates, cups or cutlery.

Pros:

Self check in was down, did multiple call were of no help after 1 hr. Meet another tourist who was able to commicate in Japanese and help to check in thru phone. Accommodation was near to train station and supermarket

Amazing, recommended for family or friends who wanna visit Tokyo
Pros:

*Convenient location for transportation to train station or bus to Asakusa.
*Polite and helpful staff that listening and try their best to reach customers need.
*Family style of flat, space for cooking, Chatting and joyful bathing experience.
*Closed to supermarket, convenience store and tax free shop, as well as the cooking facilities is enough if you wanna cook.
*The size of the flat is great, out of expectation with such price.

Cons:

The building and room itself is moderate condition but under good management, so it did not called as” not satisfied”, more like comfortable home than fancy hotel.

Pros:

Check in was a hassle coz there is no one to help. Self check in and took me half an hour to find my reservation. It kept saying I have no reservation. All communications are done through email. No actual person to ask if you have problems. When you call the number listed on the desk, it says the number is not in service.

Ordinarily if I have nothing positive to say, I wont say anything.

What triggered this review are all the 'anonymous' 5 star reviews. I cant see any way these reviews are from real travelers.

I will simply say this: There are so many excellent hotels around Tokyo. I would suggest avoiding this one and moving on.

Pros:

住宿面積大，地方也很清潔乾淨，不過比較殘舊。只有一個洗手間，如果人數多的話就會不太方便。另外我在這住了6天，從未有見過員工，寄存行李也只是自己把行李放在小小的櫃位後，其實是沒有安全保障。地理位置尚算方便，附近有幾家超級市場和便利店，但走路到最近的電路站需要10多分鐘左右的步程。
