コスパの良い中優良ホテル
Pros:

ホテルの人は外国人でしたが丁寧な日本語の対応で親近感が有りました。お風呂大浴場で大変満足でした。私達の部屋は狭かったけれど大手ビジネスホテルよりはやや広かったです。朝ごはんも、おかずか多く満足で、最上階で見晴らしもよくグッドです。また、泊まりたい宿でした。ローカのシミは気になりました。

古くてきれいではないがサービスが良い
Pros:

建物は古くてきれいではないのですが、サービス精神が旺盛で好印象のホテルです。
男性のみの大浴場の他に貸切の大浴場があって、広々としたお風呂にのんびり浸かれます。
平日には無料で夜食のカレーライスを食べられたり、天体望遠鏡を借りて最上階の展望レストランから天体観測ができたりします。

貸切風呂と飲食店まで近いのが便利
Pros:

2回目の利用です。貸切風呂があるのと徒歩5分以内で渋川駅周辺の飲食店まで行けるのが良くて再利用させていただきました。また利用したいと思います。

Better than expected. Serve both breakfast and dinner (dinner is limited, first come first served). The common recreation room has free massage chairs and ton of Manga to read.

well situated 5 minutes walk from the station and handy for a number of shops. the breakfast was good and served in a room with a really great view.

満足！！
Pros:

伊香保・渋川２日間ゴルフをする為、初めて利用させて頂きました。
ゴルフが2:00pmくらいに終わり、ホテルにはチェックイン時間前に着き、待つ必要ありかと思いましたが、フロントで、快く受付してもらい夕食迄ゆっくり出来ました。
大浴場は、4:30位に入りましたが結構熱かったのですが、夕食後入るとちょうど良い熱さ加減でした。
朝食も満足する量と品数で満足でした。
又、機会があれば利用したいホテルです。

冷蔵庫のスイッチが入っておらず、冷やしたいものの冷却がすぐにできなかった。
階段を通ったときの臭いが気になった。
デスクライトの点灯スイッチが見つけにくかった。Wifiの繋がりが不安定であった。
廊下の音がよく聞こえた。室内収納が古びていた。
