Nothing, it was so poor. Broken cupboards, dirty bathroom, could at least do with a fresh paint as all the walls are dirty yellow like people have smoked in the building for years.
Everything, poor service at front of house, couldn't even have a friend come up and wait for me whilst i got ready without them asking for them to also book in. Room was awful

The staff has a very bad attitude and doesn't care about the customer. I had to cancel my booking after arriving at the hotel, because the receptionist was a horrible person.
