Pros:

Room was massive with a balcony, but outdated interior.

Cons:

The manager told me that booking.com had put air conditioning in there rooms but went to the manager they said we don't have any control over what booking.com puts on there site ,which I thought it was all bullocks and covering his back but he was kind enough to change my room to a room with a balcony, which really helped the room to cool down with the balcony door opened. But won't be back to be honest.

Pros:

The barman in the evening was great.

Cons:

On arrival front of house reception was moody and unwelcoming, no information regarding the hotel, I asked why we needed our passports, no explanation on leaving or coming back in off an evening There was no one on reception always in a back room. No good morning or good evening , met by a security guard after buzzing in to gain entrance. Air con working well in reception foyer none in rooms , we did have a fan.

I usually stay this hotel anytime I go to Coventry and they never let me down. Good customer service
Pros:

The lady at the customer service was good, I was very tired when I arrived there. So she didn’t let me wait until 3pm. She let me have the room from 1pm. Even though I forgot to ask her name, but she solved the issue nicely and professionally

Cons:

All good

Pros:

Spacious disability adapted bedroom, with shower wetroom & separate regular bathroom.

Cons:

It was a last minute change of accommodation from countryside to city centre after admin at booking dot com didn't provide what I'd paid for. Went down to restaurant for evening meal to find it was shut as not busy on a Saturday night.

Pros:

Good location and value for money compared to other hotels.

Cons:

There was a curtain missing in our bedroom which made our sleep poor.
The tap didn’t work in the toilet and the shower only dripped.

Cheap, convenient and ok for me!
Pros:

It’s convenience and price

Cons:

I have stayed here many times over the years but it just seems to have gone downhill! I used to like the luxurious style of the hotel, but that has long since gone. My room was ok, although you could tell it had been refurbished - but not to a very high standard. There were various holes in the walls and you could see where rawl plugs had been left, not filled in and not painted over. As I have said many times before, this hotel could do with a facelift and for all jobs to be finished off, then a higher price could be applied.
It was fine for me, I just needed somewhere to lay my head and get refreshed, hence it suited me & my needs. I don’t think I would have stayed any longer than 2 or 3 nights!
