Dirty room,staff sleeping
As ive stayed here many times I always enjoy my stay in what I'll describe as a period hotel which is exactly what I want and far outweighs the likes of a budget ibis hotel in my opinion.
Beautiful large sized rooms with piped hot radiators and overall excellent value for money.
Unlike my previous visits I found the manageress quite abrupt with me and smart with her comments upon my arrival.
I had booked a twin room on the basis of a possible friend joining me after all why would I do so otherwise.
She got smart in saying that I only paid for a single person and said and visitors were to vacate by 10pm.
It turns out after I tried to re-book again the cost of a twin room is the same regardless of one or two persons so Management might inform staff of this.
Big room
Dive
All the receptionist on the shift were rude not polite...they need to treat their guests with welcoming smile and greetings.
