Really loud tapping from vent all night which I complained about but all I got was a white noise machine which did not help
Beautiful room and a lovely location. Wholefoods store close by and Target too. Great restaurants too. Area felt safe and very helpful locals.
Parking was the only issue but we parked in the retail spaces below property, so it worked out ok. Door to get into building is temperamental.
The property was really nice and clean with good space
The doors to get out don’t work properly so needed help the first time to figure out it just needs force to get them open. I was overcharged and the customer service to get this sorted was questionable no apology was offered and took 2 times chasing as the first time no refund was issued even when stated it was being sorted

The apartment was attractively furnished, roomy, quiet, and well located. There were lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood.
It was not possible to watch TV except for a streaming service via my cell phone. I would have preferred to just turn on the TV and watch PBS or local news.

There is lots of noise from bars playing music underneath the apartments and opposite on 6th Street.
Fabulous East Austin location, walkable to great restaurants, bars and downtown. The apartment is enormous with a lovely patio and all the comforts from home, much more than we expected.
We arrived late at night and the instructions to the building were confusing, we got there in the end

The location was fantastic, very spacious and clean. Close to local shops and easy to walk into town.
It was quite difficult to find initially.
It met the basic requirements of a furnished apartment, as advertised.
The check in process is a nightmare. You are required to submit your face pic to their biometrics system and upload IDs and take selfies. There is no human being at the location to help you. If you call customer service they will parrot scripted lines back at you eventually prompting you to download their app or interact via their website. So if something goes wrong, be prepared to wait on hold for half an hour or figure out how to navigate through their website. For me, to convince them that the coffee maker was not working took me 45 minutes - did you try to turn it off and on - etc. and then another 2 hours for a replacement.
It is not easy to find the apartment, but the provided instructions were very detailed and helpful, so that I had no trouble with checking in. The room is spacious and cosy, the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, stove, microwave etc. Towels and toiletries are provided.
I also had access to a gym in the ground floor. The surroundings are quite nice with two large supermarkets close-by, the Colorado River and the Capitol are within the walking distance.
I found the shower tap a bit inconvenient to use. The public transport connection to the airport is not very convenient.
