Great location, clean and shower/toilet facilities clean and functional.
Breakfast was very nice- half decent coffee
Reasonably priced and courteous Staff.

Recommend the ‘iced tea’ after a long day in the heat- at Restaurant 1916- easy 10min walk from this hotel.

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel with location advantage, then this is the right place. The Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple are nearby. The Dasashwamedh Ghat is also within walking distance, in fact the hotel is closely located to the Ganga river bank with ghats at every step.

What made my rating at 4 instead of 5, was the rooftop restaurant! Most of the serving staff (supposedly waiters), attended to seemed reluctantly and the waiting time also seemed endless! We didn’t get “fish” even though it was mentioned in the menu! The taste was also bland! The rooftop is not really accessible and open because it is inhabited by monkeys! So we couldn’t really enjoy the riverside view.

One other thing, this hotel is not accessible upto the doorstep by any vehicle, you have to walk through narrow lanes/by-lanes. It is recommended that you don’t have heavy luggage. Though the hotel provides staff to carry luggage from the hotel to nearest transport point.

The saving grace of this hotel is their manager Shri Mithilesh Pandey. He is courteous and helpful. There is also a staff boy called Sarju - he is there to serve
with smile. Such people made our stay comfortable.

Had a great stay in this hotel...it is near to ghat and Kashi Vishwanath temple their rooftop cafe and it's view is beautiful!...the staff are great and welcoming ..over all had a very good time ....highly recommend 👌 special thanks Mirhlesh ji...

The location is good so to walk 60 yds to go to Ganges river. Staff were helpful , restaurant food was great.

Service at Bachchan palace is really good. Staffs are polite. Overall our stay at Bachchan palace hotel is quite overwhelming. Approx walking distance of dashawamedh ghat from hotel is 5mins which is really convenient and one can avail boat service from there only to visit famous manikarnika ghat

The rooms are clean , the concierge is very professional , the position is just close to the Main Ghat .

থাকা জায়গা খুব ভালো। লিফট আছে। Manage এবং statt khub ভালো। আরতি গঙ্গা একদম কাছে থেকে দেখা যায়। গঙ্গাঘাট ১মিনিটের রাস্তা। খাবারারে হোটেল একদম কাছ। খুব সুন্দর ব্যবস্থা। মন্দির একদম কাছে।
