サブベットが欲しかった
Pros:

部屋は清潔でした
加湿器の使い方がよくわからず
暖房を停めて寝たので
ベットに入れず　椅子を並べて寝る人がいて
寒い思いをした

Cons:

小さな子供を連れてましたが
ダブルのベットが2台しかなくて
狭かった
照明が部屋で中央にしかなくて
一部明るくすることができなかった

Pros:

Kept my bags safe when I couldn't check in due to a power outage.

Cons:

The temperature was so cold inside the room throughout the night. In the bathroom there was a strong mold smell.

Ottimo soggiorno, sorpreso dai confort APA
Pros:

Tutto. Letti, onsen, cuscini diversi tra cui scegliere, doccia e bagno in generale.
Staff molto disponibile, coccolati dai servizi APA e dai "gadget" in camera come le creme corpo e viso, i vari asciugamani, lo yukata, il doccino per lavarsi, phon ottimo.
Ho provato anche la colazione a buffet, molto ampia la scelta di cibi e bevande.

Cons:

Non ho note negative da aggiungere, se non che non c'erano armadi per i vestiti, ma essendo un hotel lo sapevamo.

メールでスタッフの人にホテルの道順を教えてもらってあったので良かった

露天風呂がゆっくり出来て良かった

Cons:

２月なのに暖かくて良かったですが🍨の食べ放題は朝食時間はまだ冷えている時間なので色々なスープが有ると良かったのでは

普通よりは、上。
Pros:

朝食は２２００円にしては、粗末だなと感じました。
もう少し、品数を増やして、満足感を与えたら評価も上がるのではないかな。
フロントのスタッフは親切でした。

Cons:

5階だったのですが、部屋に食事を調理するときの臭いが入って来て、不快だった、
干物を焼くようなにおいだったのでがっかりしました。

I'd have to think twice about returning. There are other options close to the station.
Pros:

The location was great, just outside Kyoto station. The hotel was clean and the public bath was a nice addition.

Cons:

Being unable to set the air conditioner temperature within our room. The air con, when switched on, is centrally controlled and it made for a couple of uncomfortable nights.
