Pros:

The room was a good size, bed was very comfortable, it was clean and quiet despite overlooking a road junction. Location was perfect for the station, making it a doddle to visit the various sites.

Cons:

We wanted to book a breakfast at the hotel two days in advance but were told they were full. Thankfully there were lots of other places to eat locally and it wasn't an issue in the end.

Everything was fine but staff was not very helpful. The breakfast was not available as the dining capacity was less.
Cons:

The check-in time was 3 pm and check out 10 am . Only 18 hrs was available in 24 hrs

Sehr gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof, Zimmer sauber und funktionell eingerichtet, ideal für einen Städtetrip.
Netter Onsen.

Cons:

Wir hätten nicht täglich neue Handtücher gebraucht.

Hotel Stay Kyoto
Pros:

Location close to kyoto station was excellent

Cons:

It's a large hotel which was full and felt crowded and impersonal. I had booked a twin room with breakfast but only named myself as an occupant. The staff were able to include my husband in the room without any issue but we were unable to pay for the additional breakfast as the hotel was full. This I can not understand. Because we could not both be accommodated for breakfast I asked to cancel and refund the breakfast I had purchased but they were unable to do that either. This chain of hotels felt impersonal compared to other hotels we stayed in on this trip for this reason I wouldn't recommend it even though the room was comfortable clean and bigger than others.

We enjoyed staying in Kyoto for 6 nights, the hotel is on a great location!
Pros:

The best thing about the hotel was the location. The room was clean but tiny.

Cons:

Checkin was confusing and slightly frustrating. Having to step into a bath to take a shower wasn’t good. The laundry facilities were completely inadequate!

Pros:

Meer een verhuur van kamers dan een hotel. De e-incheck procedure was een ramp. Lang wachten om alles voor elkaar te krijgen.
Standaard 2 dagen zonder schoonmaak. Tenzij je kenbaar maakt dat de kamer gereinigd moet worden onder het mom van milieu overwegingen. Dat weet een doorsnee gast niet zo maar.
Locatie is top vlak naast Kyoto station.
Ziet er wel mooi uit. Maar daar ga ik niet meer naar toe.
