Pros:

Prinzipiell ein gutes Hotel, APA typisch.

Nur war es uns zu nah am Hbf. Kyoto und somit einfach zu touristisch Überladen.

Ansonsten top Hotel mit Sento und Waschmaschine.

Pros:

- Nice room (small, but it's the standard size for an APA hotel room that you expect).
- We were given two very large twin beds. They were essentially double beds.
- Nice staff

Cons:

- High price for the standard room we booked. However, it's possible that it was higher due to the large twin beds provided. We also booked at late notice
- The hotel dryers are ineffective. I had to run the dryers for a very long time. This can be easily avoided by visiting an external laundromat, it will save you a lot of time and unneeded stress

My stay was satisfactory.
Pros:

The closeness to the train station.

Cons:

I didn’t like the floor that I was on. I didn’t like the smallness of the room. I didn’t like the laundry mat process and the number of dryers and machines.

Pros:

駅に近く1人で泊まるにはそれなりのの広さのある部屋で、アメニティーもよく揃えてあり、スタッフの人たちも感じがよかったです

Cons:

エアコンをつけると、どういうわけか異臭がして、3泊で部屋にあった消臭剤を全て使い切りました。
3泊目の時にグラスを持ってきて欲しくて、頼んだところスタッフの方が部屋まで来てくれたので、ついでに異臭を確認してもらいました。　部屋を変えましょうかという提案をしてもらいましたが、最終日でめんどくさかったのでお断りしました。　これでわかったのは、異臭がするのは部屋を変えて欲しいと言う要望をホテルに伝えても良いレベルだという事と、消臭剤が置いてあるのは異臭がするからという理由からではなかったということでした。　次回もしもまたアパホテルを利用させていただく際に何か異臭がしたという程度のレベルがあれば必ずクレームをつけさせていただきます。
また、スタッフの方にバス路線について聞いたところ、ほとんどご存じなく、目の前でググって調べていましたけど、目の前でやるってどうなんでしょう？　そもそもバス路線のことを全く知らないって、どうなんでしょう？　それとほんとにまったく知らなかったせいか、かなり時間を取られました。　観光客って意外とそんなに時間ないんですよ。　正確でなければ、意味のない情報であれば、前もって用意しておきましょう！

Small room good for value
Pros:

Really close to station. Great location for visiting close destinations, really nice lively neighborhood. If you also want to shop really close.
But need to consider it is a budget friendly hotel chain so not to expect US size rooms

Cons:

Coin washers are too limited only 3 dryers. If you wish to wash clothes prefer after 2 AM
