The water was not draining. The pipe was leaking. We had asked the hotel staff to fix the pipe twice, but it was still leaking. The room was dirty especially the toilet.
We stayed in the Thinker Type Two, a two-bedroom apartment complete with a small living area and pantry, which made it feel more like a home than a hotel room. The space was clean, spacious and perfect for our family, giving everyone room to relax after a long day out. What we appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was a nice place to return to and recharge after exploring Kuala Lumpur.
The kids especially enjoyed the games room and common spaces, while we appreciated the thoughtful facilities and comfortable surroundings. The staff were also friendly and helpful, especially when we requested to extend our stay for an additional night. Overall, a cosy, family-friendly stay.
Nothing. Just a little note, we also had breakfast at the hotel for one of the morning. It was simple, nothing extravagant, but more than sufficient to fill our stomachs and start the day.

L'hôtel est très propre et avec un bon standing.
La chambre au 10e étage avait une très jolie vue sur la ville, avec une très grande fenêtre, ce qui a ajouté de l'originalité et un charme particulier, surtout le soir!
La piscine sur le rooftop est grande, très propre et le fait que ce soit au 29e étage est très impressionnant avec la vue sur la ville.
Je suis arrivée à l'hôtel plus tard que prévu, mais je n'ai eu aucune difficulté à faire mon check-in, et le personnel s'est rendu disponible pour échanger par mail avant mon arrivée.
Même si l'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre, il y a juste en face (à 2 mètres) un centre commercial avec un mini mart et plusieurs restaurants et cafés, ainsi qu'un 7-Eleven à environ 50 mètres.
C'est une très bonne option avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Un peu éloigné du centre de Kuala Lumpur.
Equipement salle de bain : absence de brosses à dents, dentifrice et fer à repasser.
