Location is close to Kerinchi LRT station, not far away from shopping malls.
No toilettes in the room.

A bit noisy on the roadside of the building.
It was a little difficult to find the hotel. Luckily I had relative in KL who were staying in Taman Desa. Therefore, they were familiar with the surroundings.
Tried calling the Reception to leave message for a wakeup call the next morning. But nobody was manning the switchboard. Had to make a trip down, wait in line for 10 minutes to be served. Found there was two guys manning the checkin counters.

As other reviews said, the noise from the highway is phenomenal overnight. Bring earplugs and it'll be fine. No hand soap in the bathroom which was weird.
The staff, the location, the convenience of having shops and restaurants nearby and overall room comfyness.
Recently I always being assigned a room with bathroom problems e.g. Water overflown, water leakage near shower head. And I like your check in machine, please fix it!! It is so convenient but sometimes because of faulty, it delayed the process so much. I believe if it is good in functioning, it can help you a lot during peak hour.
