Great! Have stay here many times already...
Breakfast too expensive for 3 star hotel standard and yet the parking also need to pay for in house guest...hmmm
The stay itself was very good. The hotel was peaceful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was excellent. In fact, I liked the hotel enough that this was my second stay at Komune Living.
However, I was disappointed with the communication regarding my booking. Our flight was delayed, and I emailed Komune Living several times to inform them and request a change in our dates, but unfortunately, the communication was not very effective and I was unable to reschedule. Because of this, I also lost the complimentary taxi/transfer I had claimed and ended up paying for two extra nights that I did not actually stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, no compensation or adjustment was offered.
Overall, I really enjoyed the property itself, especially the peaceful environment, cleanliness, and staff. I chose to stay here for the second time because of these positive aspects. I just wish the communication and flexibility regarding unexpected flight delays had been better, as that would have made the overall experience much more satisfying.
What I didn’t like was the poor communication regarding my booking change. Our flight was delayed, and despite emailing several times, I was unable to reschedule my stay.
