Beautiful property with 360 views of mountains, stream-fed pools and huge family suite. Good though a bit limited dining choices.

Experience water shortage during our stay, room smelled paint that we felt soffucated, weak wifi, we have to use our cellphones to call for assistance, no phone in the room, ants crawling to our bed, and no tv signal as well. It was literally a farm vibe! Overpricing food when we dined to their restaurant. We just enjoyed the running water in the river nearby.

we are in to internet, they only have it in the clubhouse and front desk , the property have separated bungalows apart from each other so there’s no internet. Thats so poor. the front is far away from our room.

The staff are all accommodating . The place feels private and really close to nature .

Pros:
Resort has tranquil and peaceful views.
Delicious and affordable food.
Friendly staff.

Cons:
Restaurant is very hot, no AC unit only fans.
Wifi only in the Restaurant.
Room is very outdated. Dirty, outdated bathroom and washroom.
Bathroom and washroom were poorly put together, like the tiles weren't lined up properly.
Poorly maintained property.
Lacking room amenities. We stayed for 4N 5D, and our room were never replenished of soap, toothbrush etc.

I enjoyed the scenery but property was slightly outdated.

Property needs to be repaired no hot water ,needs air conditioning upgrade rooms are far from the club house , no /poor wifi connection. Food service terrible waitress and waiters are always missing and nowhere to be found when you need something they are running away from customers.very slow service

Beautiful property but just need internet access at rooms

It is an ok stay with the family. Great place for those who want to enjoy nature, peace, and quiet. A lot of walking required since villas are away from the clubhouse and common infinity pools. There are little shuttles that can bring you around the resort but sometimes it takes a while for one to come around. Food service is the same, better order 1-2 hours in advance. I suggest to travellers to get a villa with your own small pool. Spring water is used all over the place so expect it to be cold. Don’t expect luxury but rooms are comfortable enough for a decent stay. For those expecting luxury, they have another resort called Residencia Del Hamor Beachfront and our experience there was superb!

The room was very nice, and the river walk to the lobby for dinner and breakfast was lovely. We had a great view and the room was big and comfortable. The only issue was with some of the service. While everywhere else we stayed in the Philippines was great, there was some weirdness here. You couldn't order a sandwich, even though it was on the menu in the main lobby and you can't eat food from the pool restaurant by the pool. Also, most things we ordered, whether drinks or sandwiches or otherwise weren't available. Maybe it was off season? But, overall I'd still recommend the hotel.
