Pros:

Room was spacious. Car parking available.

Cons:

The washroom lacked overall cleanliness, and staff lacked preparedness, as rooms were not ready in advance. While a bad odor in the bathroom was resolved after it was reported, the cupboards remained unusable and are in clear need of renovation.

Great stay, awesome food!
Pros:

A truly delightful surprise—quietly unexpected and wonderfully memorable. I stayed for an early flight and found everything to be impeccable: spotless, comfortable rooms, exceptionally delicious food, and a location just moments from the airport. The complimentary airport drop-off was the perfect finishing touch. It offers everything one could need for a refined, restful, and thoroughly comfortable stay—even for more than just a few days.

The bathroom did not have hot water during my visit.

Pros:

Location is extremely close to the airport. The hotel also did provide a free airport shuttle to drop us at the airport.

Value for money in the closest and most conveneint location literally at the gate of Kannur Airport
Pros:

The staff were super helpful and the pickup from the airport was effortlessly arranged. The place is super convenient thanks to its proximity to the airport, a perfect pitstop if you're using Kannur as a hub to travel to other parts of Kerala or Karnataka. They were also helpful in getting us whatever we needed.

Cons:

The room didn't have a mini fridge, it would have been helpful to have one since we were carrying almond milk to make our own coffee— not a deal-breaker since we were only there for a day. The included breakfast is limited to a set of five things you can choose, not a breakfast buffet. Not a negative as such, but good to know if you're expecting a buffet.

Good hotel and tasty food. Please keep it up.
Pros:

Very close to the airport and you can pay a bit extra to get an airport pickup and drop off. The restaurant food is very tasty. Good chef.

Cons:

One of the reception staff (don't want to mention his name) was a bit helpful in the beginning. But he came around later and was polite and learned to be polite..

Pros:

Within Hotel is a very nice and comfortable hotel just right for a stay before an early morning flight. The staff were very helpful and arranged an early morning trip to the airport for us. It is well situated. I would recommend it.

Cons:

The cleaner should be supervised. The bathroom is new and very nice but it needs to be cleaned properly, especially the shower. When we checked in the carpet in the lift was covered with crumbs and the next day it had not changed. Such a pity for an otherwise very nice hotel.
