Nothing...the hotel is under construction.
Rotten food, absolutely waste of time. Nothing to talk about. Tourism spots NON EXISTENT. RECOMMEND ALL DO NOT GO Beyond Anandpur Sahib on the Vande Bharat Train from Delhi. Majority skeletal Staff unkempt and not maintaining self cleanliness. Booking.com verification process totally bad.

Basic facilities were missing...not value for money at all
The staff were quite helpful and facilitated with a relatively late check-in..
The hotel seems to be scheduled for some kind of renovation.
As a result, several fixtures were leaking, luke warm water in the solar pipes.
Despite no obvious issues, the stay didn't feel worth the amount charged for the room.
Staff were very cooperative and very eager to meet our requirements. The even had an upgraded room for us. Room size was very big and clean.

It was a very relaxing stay, the staff was very kind and courteous and all the facilities were amazing. Really enjoyed our stay. The service and food both very good, Rooms were really good very comfortabl washroom was big and clean having all the amenities.

The owner behaviour was atrocious and he was rude to request for amenities. There was hardly any staff and concierge facilities were Nil. The air conditioning was kept off on the pretext that it is under maintenance for winter. It was a lie and on insisting AC plant was switched on. Pedestal Fans( Farrata) were kept in the rooms.
The rooms are not maintained properly. The bed mattresses sink in the middle and hence uncomfortable to sleep.
Excellent hotel staff was very welcoming we were late in night but still staff provided us food and tea .
Rooms: Excellent rooms with great view and good space. Interior is also very excellent with centralised ac and washrooms were very hygienic and amenities in washrooms were good.
Staff: Staff was very welcoming the boy in night in reception Mr. Kartik helped a-lot with smooth check-in we requested him for some food and tea he quickly managed everything for us which was very appreciated. Overall they were very supportive

Staff- we arrived after a long travel. They were rude towards us complaining about not being able to contact us or that we didn’t pay half. I explained I attached my card at the booking. Also booking.com didn’t confirm about the bank transfer. Demanded the full amount. They wasn’t focused and engaged so told us one amount And complained we did a bank transfer rather than cash. The Told us the outstanding amount which we can pay at the end of the stay.
We said we only needed it for one night even though we booked two. They wouldn’t let’s amend the booking.
Eventually were shown the rooms. And he kept hassling us to look at a bigger room.
Rooms - air conditioning wasn’t working and was cutting out. Then staff kept saying it was electrical. We Woke up to a pool of water outside the room were it had leaked
Shower curtains had mould on them
Flooring was damaged
Wallpaper was ripping off
Sugar and milk packet were ripped and open
Sheets were dirty like oil stains.
When we was leaving. We asked a person to call the person to pay our outstanding amount. They were taking their time and didn’t come downstairs . We paid how much we worked it out. We drove off and they chased us on scooter. Staying we didn’t pay the bill. Then lied that we paid 1000rs when we paid 2000rs they eventually confirmed it. They were not upfront about the numbers. No apologies for their mistakes.
Also we paid for a driver room, which they tried to charge a second night even though he checked out in the morning.

Proper hygiene and cleanliness maintained
It's no Hilton or Ritz Carlton, but for its price it was the best choice we could make for our 1-night stay in Una. A family-run hotel, it gave a family feel with the owners' sons Ritid and Aditya Mehan striving to take care of our needs. Both hard-working kids, God bless. I will highly recommend this hotel in Una. I felt safe, cared for and respected during my stay at the New York Plaza Una. The facility and room itself are basic, but perfectly in line with the price-point, so absolutely no complaints.
