Amplitud y ubicación
Pros:

La amplitud del piso, muy bien para dos familias, la distribución de las habitaciones, que al estar separadas de los espacios comunes, permiten el descanso aunque quede gente levantada. Muy buena calefacción para el invierno. La ubicación, en pleno centro.

Cons:

Uno de los sofás no se podía usar porque una madera se clava en la espalda. La mesa del comedor es de cristal y las patas se mueven mucho, genera inseguridad, parece que se va a caer. Los colchones algo incomodos.
A los vecinos no les gusta que sea un piso vacacional.

Fui a pasar unos días de relajación y pasé un estrés total no está en condiciones para un descanso vacacional

En sí entero no está en condiciones para 1 U alquilable yendo con niños, en la mitad del pasillo hay una reja en el parquet que si va descalzo te cortas como le pasó a mi hijo los aires acondicionados no son aire acondicionados es una máquina que va soltando agua y como se llena una botella de Coca-Cola que han puesto que no dura toda la noche pues se sale por todos sitios. A mí se me salió y tengo toda la maleta empapada y ropa desteñida , la cocina la cocina, el salón y los baños sucios súper antiguos que han querido darle un toque chip, poniendo papel y tapando la mierda que no estaba pintada en la pared las cajas de los cables vistas todos los cables estaban por fuera de la pared, o sea un verdadero desastre

Cons:

Diese Wohnung war völlig abgewohnt und beschädigt. Sämtliche Türen, wiesen Löcher auf. Die Betten waren verschmutzt mit Flecken versehen. Sanitäranlagen sehr abgewohnt und abgenutzt sehr starker Geruch in den Badezimmer. Elektrische Verteilerdosen teilweise offen. Küche, sehr abgenutzt, alt. Geschirr unzumutbar.

La ubicación, muy céntrico. También estaba limpio

Cons:

Los colchones, están en mal estado, muy incómodos. Una de los dormitorios es una cama nido, la cama de debajo está totalmente combada. Hay cosas en mal estado: una mampara rota, una de las tazas se salía el agua, las puertas están deterioradas…

GRANADA NUNCA DEFRAUDA
Pros:

Estamos súper contentos con la estancia en Granada, el piso es muy amplio y cómodo. En pleno centro de la ciudad!!😊
Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones amplias cada una con su armario.

Cons:

La entrada al ascensor es incómoda para personas con movilidad reducida, demasiadas escaleras.
Y hemos echado en falta un espejo de cuerpo entero. Lo demás todo fenomenal

Podrían sustituir la mampara del baño más antiguo que hay. De noche, se percibían malos olores posiblemente procedentes de la instalación de fontanería de los baños.

Había aire acondicionado portatil en la 3 de las 4 habitaciones y hacía muchísimo ruido para dormir con el puesto, en la 4 habitaciones un ventilador y en el resto de la casa no había, muchísima calor en el salon.
Y la puerta de la entrada no da buena imagen pero el apartamento calidad precio bien

Family time in Granada
Pros:

The location was great, appartment very spacious and clean. The kitchen was adequate It was good that there was a lift to 3rd floor. Tu guest answered any questions straight away

Cons:

It could be a little noisy with the window open but it is on a main road. The dining chairs could do with felt pads as the scrape noisily on the tiles but that was a minor irritation.
