Lo consiglio assolutamente.
Pros:

Esperienza super positiva, l'albergo davvero molto bello! Curato, e pulitissimo.
Camere spaziose, con letto super comodo, tutti i comfort, set per gli ospiti nuovinogni giorno, e un piatto di frutta secca al nostro arrivo.
Bagno bello e curato.
Lo consiglio assolutamente senza ombra di dubbio.

Cons:

La colazione, scarsa e senza dolci e fette biscottate.

Worst Stay Ever – No AC, No Water, No Support

Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience. I reported issues on the second day but received no response until after I checked out. No proper air conditioning for 4 days—my kids couldn’t sleep and were constantly distressed. The property was poorly cleaned, especially the toilets, and there was even no water available one night at midnight.

très bon séjour !! Et super personnel !!
Pros:

20/20 pour le personnel qui était super !! Nous avons eu un super accueil !! L’hôtel était propre et le petit déjeuner très sympathique. L’emplacement était parfait .

Cons:

C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y est pas une lumière plus puissante dans la chambre , le soir on ne voit pas grand chose. Et dommage que la piscine soit trop froide pour pouvoir se baigner!!

Cons:

Konaklamamızdan oldukça memnun kaldık. Otel genel olarak temiz ve düzenliydi. Konumu çok avantajlı; hem Taksim’e hem de havalimanı ulaşım araçlarına oldukça yakın. Personel son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Özellikle kahvaltı saatini kaçırmamıza rağmen bize kahvaltı yapma imkânı sunmaları büyük bir incelikti. Misafir memnuniyetine gerçekten önem veriyorlar. Tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel.

Bref séjour mais satisfait.
Pros:

Ils ont offert le petit-déjeuner à mon invité :)
Le massage au spa était parfait.

Cons:

Les douches du spa sont dans un mauvais état et le sauna était à peine tiède. Dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, une grande flaque de thé est restée par terre sans que personne ne s’en occupe malgré avertissement du danger de glissade.

Excellent Hospitality
Pros:

Staff are excellent… specially Durai who went and got food for me I was extremely tired after a very long flight.. property is located in a centralised location… very easy for food and transport
