Well-organized hotel, but no consideration for the customer experience.

I select this hotel after long and deep thinking..

Location is perfect, view is amazing, room set up is good.

Cons:

Renovations are still happening. The hotel said they'd start at 11 a.m., but I woke up at 9:20 a.m. because of the noise. This is a really bad experience, and it shows they don't care about customer hospitality or their right to get enough rest.
I hope to get some money back or a night replacement for this unprofessional behavior.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, schöne Aussicht

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider relativ kalt.
Der Baulärm hat um 8 Uhr begonnen. Ich wäre froh gewesen, davon vor der Buchung zu erfahren, dann hätte ich mich während dieser Zeit für ein anderes Hotel entschieden.
Das Frühstück bietet nicht besonders viel Auswahl.
