beautiful stay
Pros:

our trip even more exciting because of this htel , loved everything about this place. Pascal was great and he ensured all our needs were taken care, the rooms are spacious and mazing with the mountain view. I will go back again and will also refer all my frns and family to this hotel

Joindre l'utile à l'agréable, situé idéalement et malgré des travaux de rénovation personnel avenant
Pros:

Copieux, bien organisé, vaste choix salle confortable et personnel très agréable. La salle est très bien tenue et la vue sur le parc est très appréciée.

Cons:

Peut-être une suggestion d'amélioration serait d'assurer un service boissons lors de la location de salles. Mais l'hôtel offre café et thé dans la zone fitness. Dans tous les cas le personnel a tout fait pour nous satisfaire même que nous n'avions pas prévu de rester travailler.

Hotel Métropole est un 2 étoiles pas plus! Facture 395.- pour une nuit prix exorbitant !

Cons:

Chambre sale vitre et miroir de l'armoire pas nettoyé ,mobilier et moquette des années 1990 griffé ,en mauvais état ,cheveux sur les serviettes de bain fourmi sur le lavabo ,aspirateur pas passé sous le lit, matelas trop mou .

異常な暑さはInterlakenも例外ではない。　冷房のエアコンがないので、他の良いところが帳消しである。

Hotelの窓越に見えるユングフラウヨッホの山容は素晴らしかった。

Cons:

とにかく問題は冷房のエアコンがないことである。　Interlakenは山間部にあるという事で冷房のエアコンは必要ないとの考えであったのでしょうが、近年の夏の暑さ異常で、Interlakenにおいてもエアコンがないと快適に過ごせない。　窓を全開にして扇風機を最大にしても効果は少なく、とても4つ星ホテルとは言い難い。　他方、１Fのチェックインロビーはエアコンが効いていた。　同ビル内にあるShopもエアコンは効いていた。　夏の暑い日の4つ星ホテルは返上すべきと思われる。

It was very good stay , breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Location , staff and cleanliness

Cons:

Placing the coffee machine at the fitness floor instead of keeping it in individual rooms which is more comfortable to the travelers.
They need to inform their visitors about shuttle bus service which was excellent during confirmation of the booking
