I was very disappointed when I arrived and had to pay a fee for incidentals and I had dirty sheets.
Pros:

I liked the room access and parking. The juice was good during breakfast, and the grits and sausage were good too. The hotel is in a good location.

Cons:

The sheets were dirty. There was pet hair and stains on the comforter and pillowcases. The bed sheets had not been changed. I called for new sheets and had to get them from the front desk. I was given a garbage bag to put the dirty sheets in.

Keep it moving horrible customer service.
Pros:

The property was nice and the seating area was nice the frogs visit at nighttime it was cool.

Cons:

The lady at the desk was not helpful at all i had to call booking.com to prove i had a reservation and even after that she still gave us a hard time we ended up leaving going to the motel across the street. Not to mention we stood at the desk a good five minutes before she even showed up.

Its ok
Pros:

The softness of the bed and the lobby area

Cons:

Rooms were dirty and dusty . The community dryer had no instructions and it seemed to not work well it took 3 hours to dry 1 shirt
Elevators were dirty hardly saw any maids cleaning rooms.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location right off the interstate

Cons:

The floors in the room were really dirty, they looked like they weren’t vacuumed or mopped in awhile. To the point we wore shoes the whole time. The bathroom shower also leaked so every time we showered it soaked the bathroom floor. We only stayed 2 nights, so we made due but long term I would not recommend

The walls in the room were vibrating into the beds all night. Not making this up. Had another person with me. The shower puddled all over the floor in bathroom , no water pressure , the desk looked like a child's desk with chair about 30 inches long and maybe 20 inches in width , tv was hung crooked. The breakfast bar hardly had any thing on it . And cold eggs , pan cake maker didnt work. Just wasnt clean and wiped down. Was not rated as hilton quality . Will never stay a a Tru hilton again , and I love Hiltons. Guess I was expecting Hilton quality
