The walls in the room were vibrating into the beds all night. Not making this up. Had another person with me. The shower puddled all over the floor in bathroom , no water pressure , the desk looked like a child's desk with chair about 30 inches long and maybe 20 inches in width , tv was hung crooked. The breakfast bar hardly had any thing on it . And cold eggs , pan cake maker didnt work. Just wasnt clean and wiped down. Was not rated as hilton quality . Will never stay a a Tru hilton again , and I love Hiltons. Guess I was expecting Hilton quality

Disappointing
Pros:

It’s always clean every time we stay here.

Cons:

No Breakfast. Their breakfast attendant did not show for a breakfast time that starts at 6 am. We left at 7:45 and still no breakfast was available.
I understand things happen but they had no policy to reimburse so we could buy it elsewhere.
The front desk wrote down my information to give to the managers, so far no call.
