It was an absolute blissful experience, we had at Hyatt Dharamshala. From the moment we arrived and left this beautiful property, we were in awe of the beauty and hospitality the team offered.

Our room was exceptionally beautiful and the snow peaked mountains view was spectacular and brought so much peace.

Dining experience is just another level. We were looked after by Ujjwal and Akshay, such humble and enterprising lads. Their little gestures made our stay more warm and sociable. Special shout out to Ujjwal for his warmth and thoughtfulness.

All the team members from front desk to housekeeping were just impeccable to interact with.

The hotel also provides free rides to the nearby cafés and the City Center, from where one can book rides for sightseeing in and around Mcleodganj and Dharamshala.

Kids can enjoy a variety of outdoor and indoor activities. Indoor swimming pool is open all round the year, to enjoy relaxing afternoon or evening swims.

Service is good.
Room is clean, large and big windows with nice views.
Breakfast is very good.
No disturbances of noise.

We had a quick and easy check in ( thanks Dinesh).
All staff went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable ( especially Deepak and Balvinder at the restaurant and others whose names I can’t remember). The food was exceptional ( they catered so well for us - as we are lacto vegetarian- and rarely is this catered for as well as this hotel).
Rooms are modern and comfortable with all amenities you can think of.
Pool was heated - so good for the month of December. Gym was not bad.
We had a couples massage at the spa which was one of the best I’ve had ( same for the wife).
My son had flu and they even gave a personal get well card for him and assisted with extra bedding ( personal choice of pillows).
There were no negatives during our stay.

its a fantastic property, great location, hospitalty housekeeping, food, all services one better than the other. one of the best hill station experiences of our lives. they have a great team Mr Vishal Mr Sunil Chef Pankaj to name a very few. Up on the hills a beautiful place called Hyatt regency. Nice hotel. Centrally air conditioned so extreme winters doesn’t bother you much. Staff is courteous. Clean and tidy rooms. Food quality is good

Very good experience the breakfast was very good and the overall service was excellent we could not enjoy the property that much as we went for the cricket match so the stadium is bit far from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a wooded area with lovely grounds and exceptional architectural design and decoration. Stunning views and quiet location with easy access to local attractions.

All staff were very good, (special mention to Anshika in the restaurant) and the food was excellent too. Our room was spacious, excellent beds, nicely furnished.

Downsides? Acoustics in the rooms are bad, with sound amplified from any doors closing as well as between the rooms. It is impossible to close the doors quietly, plus the (locked) interconnecting doors between the doors rattle each time the door to either room is closed.

The hotel is marketed at both “tranquility and serenity” and families with small children and that’s not always possible.

We very much enjoyed our recent stay at the Hyatt Regency in Dharamshala. The Villa we rented was spacious, clean and well-stocked. The food at the on-property restaurant was consistently very good -- there was a lot of variety and the staff there were very accommodating if we wanted to have something created that was off-menu. All of that written, the thing that made our stay truly amazing was our valet, Saurabh. Saurabh consistently went out of his way to make sure that all of our needs were met -- and he often anticipated them in advance of us asking. He was kind, respectful, helpful, and communicative with each of our family members. He also made sure that each of us was well-tended to. A big thank you to Saurabh and to the other staff members at the Hyatt Regency in Dharamshala for helping to make our time there so memorable!

Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Dharamshala was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay special. A huge shout-out to Sunny, Nikhil, and Anshul — their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure every little thing was perfect.

The property itself is stunning — surrounded by the serene beauty of the Himalayas, it offers the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The evenings were made even more memorable by the Himalayan Band, whose live music added such a magical touch to the atmosphere.

Hyatt regency Dharamshala is located at a pristine location, nestled on top of mountain surrounded by tall deodar trees. The staff is courteous and provide great service. The hotel is beautiful with modern architecture and colour palette soothes your eyes.
We stayed in a suite with spacious bedroom, beautiful living area and a big lavish bathroom. We were delighted by prompt service, great food and enjoyed all the activities curated for our family. The restaurant served Authentic Tibetan, Himachali, north Indian and international cuisines. All members in our group whether Children, adults or seniors everyone enjoyed a lot.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Dharamshala! The property is stunning — surrounded by lush greenery, peaceful trails, and that unmistakable mountain calm. It’s the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Our 6-year-old had the best time at the kids’ camp, which kept him happily occupied throughout our trip. It truly made the stay relaxing for us as parents. My husband especially enjoyed the guided nature walks, which were both refreshing and informative — a lovely way to experience the area’s natural beauty.

I also tried the spa, and while it doesn’t have a traditional reception or seating area, the masseuse was absolutely fantastic — one of the best massages I’ve had.

A special shoutout to Sunil at Thym, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of during every meal. His warmth and attentiveness really stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.

Overall, Hyatt Dharamshala is a gem — serene, family-friendly, and full of thoughtful experiences. We can’t wait to return! 🌿✨

Food was good. Chef anil took good care of our Dietary requirements.
But the welcome and hospitality could improve to meet Hyatts reputation.

I come here for a swim regularly and for meals as well.
