I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit.

Unfortunately, I lost my AirPods during my stay. The hotel team went above and beyond to try to locate them - They checked the room thoroughly, including the balcony, laundry, and even followed up with the restaurant staff. Despite their efforts, they were not found, but I truly appreciated how seriously they took the situation and how much time they spent helping me.

That level of service says a lot about the hotel and their commitment to guests. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Bel hôtel et super restaurant
Pros:

Super emplacement au centre ville près de la place centrale. Les chambres sont très belles et confortables. Et le resto de l'hôtel est incroyable ! Parking public informé par l'hôtel avant notre arrivée à 300m à pied.

Cons:

L'heure du petit déjeuner est 9h et non 8h comme convenu. C'est dommage.
Le matin une mauvaise odeur de canalisation dans la chambre désagréable.

In the heart of the lovely old town
Pros:

Very lovely experience, in the very heart of the old town Gáldar. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice choices for breakfast. Great cuisine for one evening meal. Enjoyed the roof terrace, too.

Cons:

Parking can be a bit of an issue, but we were lucky enough to get a spot in the nearby parking lot. You may drive near the hotel entrance (just around the corner) for drop off of luggage which was helpful.
