　ベッドの枕元には前の宿泊客のソフトコンタクトレンズを外した後のゴミがそのまま残っていたり、室内のケトルには洗浄されていないような汚れが付いていたりした。水回りはきれいにされていたので残念。
　他の方の口コミにもあるが、室内スペースは狭いため、キャリーケースを開く場所に苦慮した。

-주변에 3대 편의점 도보 2~3분 내에 다있음.
-기본 제공 어메니티 만족했음.
-체크인/아웃 외 시간에 짐 보관 해줌.
-나름깔끔하고 청결함.
-직원들 응대도 좋고 필요할때 서비스 받을수 있음.
-15:00~24:00 에 제공되는 무료 음료, 커피 및 초콜릿 좋았음
-세탁실, 전자레인지 제공됨.
-1층에 공용화장실 있어 급할때 편하고 관리도 좋은편.
-여름인데 에어컨 아주 잘 나와 쾌적했음.
-물 수압도 걱정없이 잘 이용했음.
-수건도 충분히 제공받음.
-가성비 좋고 하카타역 접근성 좋은 호텔로 매우 추천함.

단점
-방이 좁은건 이해하지만 조명이 너무 어두움.
-커피포트 안이 너무 지저분해서 못썼음...

整體住宿體驗還算不錯！只是隔音稍差了一點，晚上可以聽到其他間房客的講話聲音！房間也略小了一點，行李無法放置床下，只能立著！整理時稍嫌不方便！

Pros:

博多駅から徒歩で10分程度。
周りに程よく飲食店もあり、観光滞在にとても良い。
部屋はスタンダードダブル+バンクベッドに3名で宿泊したが、スーツケースを広げられない程、通路がコンパクト設計になっていた。ベッドは快適。
