The value for the money makes sense for the location, as in a good area.

Cons:

Such a beautiful old hotel, such a shame they don’t pay attention to details and maintenance. Underneath the tap was a disaster, a wood sheet, that was not even stable, very ugly, dirty and broken. They could just add some doors or close it for good with some good wood. Also The wc didn’t seem clean

Good for an experience but bad to stay in.
Pros:

The staff were all incredibly incredible and nice. They helped and assisted at every need, and we're very welcoming.

Power outlets everywhere in the room so that was good.

Washroom was spacious.

Cons:

We had a VIP services with the booking from booking.com, but there was no such service or any indication if there is any. The management sent macaroons and wanted to serve us a bottle of champagne (which we can't drink).

The facilities, the room is built weird, and the doors are noisy. The washroom and the bathroom are separated, the washroom was fine and spacious, but the bathroom was in a 1x1 little cabinet even though we booked a junior suite room! The smell from the bathroom carries even though we didn't use it, venetaliation works fine.

The living room is cramped with furniture which is a problem since we choose the junior suite for the space..

The hotel needs maintenance, its dusty and dirty in some places (corridor, the washroom behind the sinks, the floor and carpets).

Bet was ok.

For the amount paid for the junior suite it was not worth it, not even one bit.

Lighting was very dim, and the room being yellow and red did not help.

Carpet smells.

The room door is loud when next door neighbours closes their doors, we kept being awaked during the night by how bad it was.
