Decepción.
Pros:

El desayuno bastante bueno, pero sobre todo la señora que atendía ese servicio excelente, ella estuvo de lunes a viernes con muy buen servicio, el sábado hubieron 2 personas y no pudieron igualar su servicio y atención.

Cons:

No me informaron como funcionaba el servicio, es decir que limpian la habitación dejando un día, cuando reclamamos nos dijeron eso y quedaron que la limpiarían ese día, lo cual no sucedio porque ante un nuevo reclamo indicaron que había un pijama en la cama y no pudieron limpiarla. La gerente a cargo nunca brindó solución a los reclamos.

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The location was near where we needed it to be. It was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Neighbors upstairs were a little heavy footed.

Other that the things noted above it was a very nice stay.
Pros:

Well, I am used to a Sleep Number bed, so the bed was a bit hard to me. I asked for a blanket and instead of telling me there was one in the dresser drawer, the front desk asked me to come to the front desk to get one. I was in my night clothes and declined. I pulled the bedding of the 2nd bed and used it. Shower was great, minimal niceties in the room, very sparce. I could hear the kids running up and down the hall way and I don't know what the people in the next room and above me were doing but it was very loud against the wall and ceiling..

Cons:

the thin walls. Kids were running up and down the hallway. People in rooms next to me were banging on the walls and making noise. As well as the room above me. The fact that when I called the front desk to request a blanket , they told me to come down and they would give me one. Apparently there was an extra blanket in the dresser drawer the front desk didn't even mention. I had to pull the bedding off the 2nd bed and use it. Most hotels store extra bedding on the shelves in the closet.

Beautiful property and convenient
Pros:

Beautiful and clean. Room size generous. Nice bedding.

Cons:

Had a group of noisy 10 year old girls soccer team. Literally ran the halls and noisy until 8:30 when I rang the front desk. Not the hotels fault, I blame the lack of adult supervision. There were adults but they were evidently lax or had checked out from their duties
