Olá!
Local maravilhoso, pé na areia, fui para conhecer para passar as férias, mas neste hotel nao, que pena o local é maravilhoso, a pessoa que nos atendeu foi atenciosa.
Estrutura, pintura, limpeza, etc.

Terrível, porta não facha, sem maçaneta, lençóis furado, não tem tV acabo, tV não funciona todos os canais, nunca mais

Um terror
Pros:

Um terror, primeiro que não é especificado claramente que o hotel fica a 20 min da praia de Capão da Canoas, chegamos, não tinha sabote, TV que funcionasse(não tem nem aberta), o ar condicionado não tem controle e mais sujo que banheiro publico, local caindo literalmente aos pedaços.
