Simple but clean and comfortable, would stay here again
Pros:

Simple but comfortable, clean room, and extremely quiet. Good location right in the centre. Lots of shops restaurants on the doorstep. Room price is high but in line with Lausanne in general.

Cons:

Service was hit and miss. Some staff were kind and helpful but the person who checked us in was rude, sullen and determined not to help with anything.

Coffee is available from a machine in the lobby but is outrageously expensive (4 CHF for one coffee pod!). Breakfast is also wildly overpriced.

great stay in Lausanne, awesome location in a clean, swiss style hotel
Pros:

the room was nice in a swiss style. beds, toilets and towels were spotless. the staff was very helpful and one thing my wife loved was the strong water pressure in the shower, big plus for this one.

Cons:

the carpet had unfortunately several stains, which gave it an aged feel. the sealing in the shower was partly damaged and the shower curtain was not not really contemporary (buzzword hygene).
