I would stay again if I am back in Lausanne.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the location being right next to a metro station it was very convenient to get to and from the main station. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and suited our needs.

Cons:

They did offer fans but the room was still very hot so to cool it down we would open the window in which case you would hear a fair amount of city noise. Not to much to do just have to manage.

Great home-based for a multi-day stay in Lausanne
Pros:

Location was very convenient, especially as the metro card was included in the stay and the metro station was beside the hotel! Also in a nice area to walk around to see the historic downtown, the cathedral, and Mon Repo park (which was delightful!). The room was a fair size and came with a mini fridge, which was great for keeping drinks and snacks cool. Having a balcony allowed for good airflow. The bathtub was also nice (instead of a cube shower).

Cons:

With the great location came a lot of traffic noise / honking when Switzerland won a fifa game (not the hotel's fault and just bad timing for our visit, but maybe relevant if this type of celebration is common for other events?). The photos in the booking show really unique rooms, but the one we got was more generic. Only one armchair and no seating options for using the balcony (we visited during a heatwave, so didn't want to make use of the balcony, but we had thought about enjoying the balcony view with coffee in the morning when we booked the hotel, so a non-issue for us, but I could see it being a bit disappointing if the weather were more conducive).

Leider ein Reinfall: Hotelzimmer viel zu heiss, Fenster konnte wir nicht offen lassen wegen Lärm
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral was gut ist. Auch kann ich mich für diesen Preis nicht über das Zimmer beklagen. Es hat alles was es braucht.

Cons:

Im Sommer kann ich das Zimmer nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten rund 30 Grad in der Nacht und nur einen kleinen Ventilator, welcher nicht viel gebracht hat. Unser Zimmer ging auf die Strasse raus, welche sowieso schon laut war. Um 2 Uhr nachts startete dann in der Nachbarschaft ein Elektro-Rave, welcher sehr laut war. Dadurch konnten wir das Fenster nicht öffnen. An Schlaf war aber trotzdem nicht zu denken, weil es mit geschlossenem Fenster viel zu laut war. Wir sind um 4.30 Uhr aus dem Hotel und dann auf den ersten Zug nach Hause. Schade! Natürlich hatten wir auch Pech, trotzdem: Toll war dieser Aufenthalt für uns nicht.

Perfekte Location für 1, 2 Nächte. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Sowohl vom Bahnhof aus, als auch um die Stadt zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants und Bars rund um das Hotel. Tolles Frühstück, grosse Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr heiss! Wegen der Lautstärke von der Strasse bis sehr spät in die Nacht, mussten die Fenster geschlossen werden. Da reicht der Deckenventilator einfach nicht aus. Das war schade!

Agréable, aurait pu être très agréable si la chambre avait pu être un havre de fraîcheur !
Pros:

L'emplacement ( métro à proximité). Surtout l’accueil à l'entrée et à la salle à manger . Belle idée, la terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la cathédrale !
Déjeuner à volonté, parfait

Cons:

Manque cruel de climatisation ! Du coup, le confort s'en ressent beaucoup ! Les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas. Ils brassent de l’air chaud ! Les moments de repos dans une chambre à l’air étouffant n’en sont pas !

En pleine canicule les chambres montent à des température ingérables et donc impossible de dormir malgré les deux ventilateurs… donc très bon hôtel en dehors des périodes chaudes

Great, fairly priced, cozy stay in a nice neighbourhood, a little bit far away from the city centre.
Pros:

The place is not that big, but it's in a pretty nice neighbourhood (approximately 45 minutes walk from Zurich centre), is clean, cozy; there are two big supermarkets nearby, a public transport stop, and it has a pretty cool floor heating.
