Hotel ok, but staff to be improved
Pros:

The hotel is quite comfortable, although both the room and the bathroom are rather small, especially for a family of four. The location is very convenient for exploring Namba and its lively streets, and the station is about a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel also offers free hot and cold drinks—a small touch, but one that we really appreciated.

Cons:

The room and bathroom are quite small, and communication in English with the staff can be difficult. Unfortunately, this led to a significant problem during our stay.
We asked the reception only for a quotation for a transfer to the airport, but the transfer was booked without our confirmation or without clearly informing us. At 5 a.m. on the morning of our departure, we were called by reception because the driver was waiting for us. We ended up having to pay a considerable amount for a service we had never agreed to book.
Although the hotel acknowledged that the booking was made due to a misunderstanding on their side, they refused to reimburse us. We found the way the situation was handled disappointing and unprofessional.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Positiv fand ich den unkomplizierten und schnellen Check-In. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Pros:

Bon emplacemen, tres proche a pied du quartier donbotori (mais a 15 min d'une station de métro)
Les chambres sont suffisamment grandes et c'est propre. Lits confortables.
Distributeur de boissons ("café, chocolat, sodas) dans une petite salle en bas pratique.

Cons:

Méfiez vous lors de votre réservation, certaines chambres sont fumeurs ( on en avait eu une, heureusement ils ont pu changer)
Une personne d'accueil nous a ri au nez quand on a demandé a changer, pas très bien venu.
