Très bon hôtel bien situé mais avec des points à revoir compte tenu de son standing
Pros:

Le confort des chambres, la propreté de l’établissement, la situation, la décoration de l’hôtel et le confort général

Cons:

J’ai quelques réserves concernant le petit déjeuner : la partie salée est excellente, les jus de fruits sont frais pressés mais la partie sucrée demanderait à être optimisée (kouglof sec et annonce qu’il faudrait décongeler pour en faire d’autres, confitures bonne-maman souvent ce qui ne cadre pas avec le standing de l’hôtel ). Par ailleurs, cet hôtel reçoit des groupes régulièrement. Par deux fois, le hall de l’hôtel était tellement encombré de valises que l’on avait du mal à accéder à l’ascenseur. Dernière observation, il est normal que l’on forme du personnel mais celui-ci doit être sous contrôle. Le Checkout a été long pour cette raison car la responsable a dû tout reprendre le travail de sa collaboratrice en formation. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps et cela a généré un stress inutile. C’est difficilement compréhensible dans un Hotel de ce temps.

Séjour exceptionnel dans ce merveilleux hôtel !
Pros:

L'accueil, notamment par le Concierge M. Benoit, est tout simplement exceptionnel et si chaleureux ! L'hôtel est formidable !

Cons:

Il serait bon de mettre également du pain complet lors du petit déjeuner
