The room are beautiful and very comfortable. The location is also great, right at the center of Starsbourg. All the sights and restaurants are steps away.
The bathtub is too high it needs to be revised.

Voir commentaire ci dessous, pas grand chose de positif dans cet hotel, sa situation géographique est un atout.
Cet hotel ne mérite jamais 5 étoiles, il est très bien situé par contre trop de choses pour qu'il mérite ces 5 étoiles. Tout commence au check in, la chambre était payée via booking mais ils voulaient recharger la carte de crédit. C'est seulement en prouvant le débit sur notre carte, qu'ils ne l ont pas fait. Autre détail, aucune information lors du check in, aucune explication sur les horaires du déjeuner et du lieu, aucune info sur le wellness, rien du tout. La chambre était petite (pour rappel, 369 euro la nuit), des taches sur la moquette, un sèche cheveux qui reveille tout le bâtiment. Que dire du déjeuner, rien à voir avec un 5 étoiles et certainement pas meilleur qu'un 2 ou 3 étoiles, le personnel n'était pas poli et surtout attentionné. Le top dans l histoire c est que lors du check out, ils ont à nouveau voulu débiter notre carte pour la chambre, rebelotte, nous avons présenté notre preuve de paiement. Bref, ils feraient mieux de voyager dans d autres pays afin de voir ce qu est réellement un vrai 5 étoiles.
