Séjour exceptionnel dans ce merveilleux hôtel !
Pros:

L'accueil, notamment par le Concierge M. Benoit, est tout simplement exceptionnel et si chaleureux ! L'hôtel est formidable !

Cons:

Il serait bon de mettre également du pain complet lors du petit déjeuner

Okay but not up to Autograph standards
Pros:

I have stayed at many Autograph hotels and this one did not meet the high end standards I book for.
1 - we arrived and had booked adjoining rooms but they oddly put us in non adjoining. After a wasted trip to the front desk, they easily gave us adjoining on the same floor - why wasn't this given or offered at check in???
2. Smell in one of the rooms that was never addressed and no one seemed to care … smelled like sewer
3. Breakfast - the buffet eggs were akin to a holiday inn, powdered and wet
Espresso/latte was undrinkable (extremely bitter and watery)
The made to order items were okay but nothing was really good - just not what I would expect at this level of a hotel
4. I asked for a late checkout and was told no problem but they deactivated our keys so I spent another wasted roundtrip to get that fixed (still wasn’t fixed!) with a broken elevator too

If you’re just looking to stay for a couple nights explore the city this is the place
Pros:

This was my second time to stay at this hotel. The location is perfect right at this part of the city center old town five minutes from the train station everything around you. I highly recommend this hotel.

Elevator wait was long at times

在市中心，不适合自驾的，很难找停车库。设备设施太旧，整个酒店都很臭的霉味，5星级酒店没提供任何一次性用品。
