Pros:

Wow this place is a tiny gem! It's a small boutique hotel but full of charm with the nicest most helpful staff! We were only here for one night but will be back! The morning breakfast was out on this beautiful patio!

Pros:

最高すぎて10点では足りないです。
夜22時にホテル着いて、ブハラへの移動のための前泊で宿泊しました。出発が早く、朝のブッフェのオープンには間に合わない時間でしたが、特別にレストランを開けて準備してくださいました。
また、最終日は宿泊する予定はなかったのに、サマルカンドからタシケントに戻ってきて空港に行くまでの間に快く荷物を預かってくださいました。
おかげでお土産購入や夕飯の時にスーツケースを引くことなく、快適に過ごせました。

帰りにYandexでタクシーを呼んだ時も、タクシーが来るまで一緒に話しながら待ってくれて、そのタクシーが通り過ぎてしまった時は運転手さんに電話もかけてくださいました。
本当にありがたかった。
ホテルの従業員さんは丁寧で明るくて、皆さんとてもいい人です。
部屋もきれいだし、シャワーも日本の我が家よりもよく出ます（笑）
悪い点が一つもないです。
20点つけたい。

最後に話したフロントの方が日本のアニメが大好きということで盛り上がりました^_^
本当にありがとう！
タシケントにきたら絶対にまた泊まります！
日本のお土産を持ってまた戻ってきたいです。

Very good.
Pros:

Very nice and calm hotel

Cons:

The shower floor is so slippery, I almost fell twice when I showered. The breakfast is also not ideal: no buffet, choice is fix when you arrive.

Pros:

Personale disponibile e gentilissimo, bella struttura e bella camera spaziosa con bagno nuovo e moderno, con grande doccia. Letti comodi e buona colazione servita nel cortile. Zona tranquilla ma comoda per esplorare la città. Decisamente un'ottima struttura.

Second stay
Pros:

This was my second separate booking at Home Boutique Hotel. My first stay was in a twin room, while this time we booked two double rooms.

Positives

Very clean, comfortable and well-maintained hotel.

Excellent breakfast, with very good variety, generous portions and tasty food.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Good management and communication. When we later reported an issue, management responded professionally and apologized sincerely.

Cons:

We had an early checkout for a morning train and asked the night before for a breakfast box. Unfortunately, because breakfast is prepared based on advance orders, they were unable to provide anything, so we completely missed our final breakfast. Having a simple ready-made breakfast box for early departures would be very helpful.

We showed our train ticket to the staff when asking them to arrange a taxi, but unfortunately the taxi was sent to the wrong railway station. We were taken to the northern station instead of the southern station. This created unnecessary stress and additional expense while trying to reach the correct

station in time.

Despite these issues, our overall experience with the hotel, staff and management was still positive

A very pleasant boutique hotel with excellent breakfast and helpful staff
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated hotel with good room facilities.

Excellent breakfast: generous portions, good variety and very tasty.

Friendly and helpful staff. One staff member in particular spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful.

Late check-in was smooth and easy.

Although Tashkent's attractions are spread out, taxis are cheap and easily available.

Cons:

The bed linen had noticeable brown/ rust-colored stains. The hotel was generally clean, but the stained sheets gave a poor impression and should be replaced.

The breakfast area is in the courtyard and can feel quite hot, even in the morning. Better cooling would help.

We requested breakfast as early as possible because of morning appointments, but the service took a little longer than expected.
