Not worth it, noisy.
Pros:

Location was good, close to lots of restaurants. Okay renovated and clean.

Cons:

Too noisy, you can hear the street, all the other guests, every toilet flashing.

For breakfast you have to chose the night before.

Had an incidence with the staff opening the room and walking into our room at 8 am, while we’re sleeping, they apologized profusely, but it ruined our stay big time.

Pros:

Отличный удобный отель с отзывчивым и чутким персоналом. Номер был приятным, чистым и оснащён всем, что необходимо.
Завтрак великолепен - уж чего не ожидал на завтрак в отеле, так это красной икры. Вкусно, достаточно разнообразно, терраса, где проходит завтрак очень уютная.
Сотрудники были готовы помочь в любом вопросе, проконсультировать где что найти в городе, куда сходить и что посмотреть, где пообедать и во сколько выезжать в аэропорт.

Cons:

Иногда были громкие звуки от проходящих рядом строительных работ, но думаю это временная история.

Truly 10 out of 10 experience
Pros:

Absolutely loved everything about my stay here. I arrived in the morning and even though check in time was 4 hours away, they let me check in to my room early for no extra charge. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic and you can select items from a menu for your main dish but additional items are served as well. Staff are incredibly friendly and give helpful information. Location is convenient (close to airport and close to metro station). This was my best hotel in all of Uzbekistan!

Der Service war überdurchschnittlich gut, es ist ein kleines Hotel, die Atmosphäre sehr familiär. Das Personal ist wahnsinnig zuvorkommend, höflich und nett. Man fühlt sich hier als Gast wirklich wertgeschätzt. Ein frühers Früshtück wurde mir aufs Zimmer gebracht, allgemein wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt und stets auf die Zufriedenheit des Gastes geachtet. Das beste Serviceerlebnis in meinen 4 Wochen Urlaub.

Pros:

The room is cozy and comfortable, staff are nice and friendly, and the breakfast is so good. We are really satisfied with our stay, and this hotel is highly recommend!

Cons:

It’s a bit inconvenient that the fridge in the room is not ready to use, but it’s not a big deal.

Veramente bello e confortevole.
Camera bellissima e con bagno enorme!
Colazione molto abbondante e molto buona.
Un grazie particolare a Timur, il manager dell'hotel, che si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, premuroso e preciso. da categoria alberghiera superiore.

Pros:

Это мой любимый отель в Ташкенте. Да, он небольшой семейный, но очень уютный. Сюда приезжаешь, как к себе домой, хозяин с хозяйкой делают всё, чтобы ты почувствовал себя именно дома. Продумана каждая мелочь, вплоть до удобства подушек и матрасов и полочек в душе. О тебе помнят, если ты приезжал раньше и встречают как долгожданных гостей. Не один сетевой отель (а я их очень люблю) не сравниться с таким отношением. Расположен очень удобно, практически на центральной улице, но в тишине. Завтраки очень вкусные (не шведский стол), но заранее уточняют что ты хочешь и к какому времени приготовить, чтобы все было свежее и горячее. Однозначно, вернусь сюда снова.

Que no hubiera buffet. Y el precio me parece elevado para el nivel de vida de Uzbekistan, no es un hotel de lujo, es una casa transformada en hotel.

極上の滞在！
Pros:

最高のお部屋、食事、ホスピタリティでした。
スタッフのTimurさんには、チェックイン、アウトだけでなくおすすめ観光スポットの紹介までしていただき、滞在の最初から最後まで懇切丁寧にサポートしていただきました。

お部屋も綺麗で快適です。移動続きだった旅行の最後に本当に癒されました！良質なシャンプーとトリートメントがあること、シャワーキャップや綿棒があったのが特に助かった点です。周りに美味しいレストランがあって便利です。観光地からは離れてますが、ホテルの目の前でタクシーが捕まるので、そこまでデメリットに感じませんでした。

Pros:

Mały, kameralny hotel, położony przy bocznej uliczce. Cisza, spokój, możliwość zaparkowania samochodu i pyszne śniadania. Bardzo dużym atutem jest personel, który robi wszystko, aby pomóc i uprzyjemnić pobyt gości.

Pros:

+Top-notch receptionist in the daytime, an absolute pro in the correct profession. The night time guy we saw was fine as well.
+Good breakfast with choices for "main" dish.
+Fine, peaceful location. Close to restaurants (one of which seemed to serve 24/7) and a couple of small shops for beverages and snacks. Around 15 minutes walk to metro that takes you to most key locations in town. Yandex Go will pick you up from the door, if you're feeling lazy.
+The overall welcome and relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

-The electricity was cut off two times during our stay. Maybe 10 minutes in total, not a big deal. Unfortunately someone was in the bathroom both times, which added slightly to the minor inconvenience. We were informed this is a rare occurrence.
